Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none - Move under the frame and change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top of the frames

Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and place to the left

Open Element 37 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Element 17 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 18 - Position on the far right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down - Open Element 47 - Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 40 - Paste as a new layer and position along the top

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Element 48 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the frame on the right - Open Element 12 - Image - Mirror - position just above the bottom

Open Element 24 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Element 5 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 39 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the bottom of the tag

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 13 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - click in the centre with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 13 and paste as a new layer - Open Element 41 - resize by 80 and Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 17 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate and mirror - Merge Down - Open Element 67 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the top left of the frame - Moving back to the top!

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top right of the frame

Open Element 75 and paste as a new layer on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 76 - Position on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down when happy

Open Element 45 - Paste as a new layer and position in the centre

Open Element 26 - resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down when happy

Open Element 46 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the frame - Use your deform tool to angle the flower so it fits the frame better - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down - See my tag for placement ideas

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom half of the tube - Open Element 33 - resize by 95 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Click on the paper layer - Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Position toward the top

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the frame

Moving back to the top - Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and place on the middle far right of the frame - Duplicate and place below the original - merge down - duplicate and mirror - merge down

Open Element 2 and paste as a  new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 7 - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 11 and paste as a new layer - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the previous layer - Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Place along the bottom and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - duplicate - image -  mirror and place above the original - merge down

Open Element 4 and paste as a new layer on the right - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down - Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer positioning on the bottom

Open Element 1 - Resize by 95 - Sharpen and position on the left - duplicate - image - mirror and merge down - Apply Gradient glow at the settings above

Open Element 14 and place as a new layer in the centre

Unhide your duplicated tube and place at the top - Apply Radiance to both tube layers at the settings above - Open WA2 and paste as a new layer - Position along the bottom

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 77 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down - Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - expand by 5 and open paper 2 and paste as a  new layer - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move under the frame - Apply Weave at the settings above

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open Element 58 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and position over to the right - merge down

Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open your tube and place in the centre resizing if needed

Open Element 15 - Image - Flip and resize by 70 - Sharpen and place at the top - Erase some of the tubes head that sticks out over the element

Open Element 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Move along to the bottom

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Place on the left

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
