I am using the art of Keith Garvey which you can find HERE Please DO NOT use this image unless you have the proper licence to do so, you can obtain a licence HERE I am using the PTU scrapkit Hot Cotton Candy by Laura which you can find HERE I am using Template 94 by Rachel which you can find HERE Font of Choice Open the Template Image - Resize by 60 - Sharpen Adjust- Sharpness - Sharpen Shift - D to Duplicate Close the Original Delete the Copyright Info layer Delete the Double Lines Delete the Dotted Line Open the tube you are using and Paste on your canvas I resized mine by 70 and Sharpened Place in the Frame Erase any Over-Hanging parts Grab your magic wand and click on the Frame layer Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 Open Paper 5 and Paste on your Canvas Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move this under the Frame layer Erase the Gradient layer Click on the Glittered Blue Dots layer Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat Add a new Raster layer In your Colour Palette - Make sure Foreground is on Black Click on every circle with your FloodFill Tool Once all is Black - Delete the Glittered Blue Dots Layer Click in the Frame with your Magic Wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 Layers - New Raster Layer FloodFill with Black Delete the Frame Layer Repeat this step with SplitCircleFrame and then Delete Click inside the HalfCircleTop Layer with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 2 Copy n Paste Paper 2 on your Canvas Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Delete the HalfCircleTop Layer Repeat with HalfCircleBottom Layer Click on the Blur Layer Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat Copy n Paste Paper 8 on your Canvas Selections - Invert - Delete Delete the Blur Layer Open Barbed Wire 1 and Paste on your Canvas Send to the layer above the Half Circle Layers Image - Resize by 80 - Sharpen Erase any Over hanging Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip Merge these 2 layers together Open Glitter Star and Paste on your Canvas Image - Resize by 20 and then by 90 - Sharpen Place between the gaps of the Template Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror Move under the tube layer Give every layer a Drop Shadow Merge all Layers together Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Crop of Necessary Done!

I am using the are of Ismael Rac which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Blue Serenade by Jane which you can find HERE Font of Choice Mask of Choice Open a new image 450x450 Open Frame 1 and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 50 and Sharpen Place in the centre of your canvas Click inside the frame with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 Open Paper 11 and Paste on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete Move under the Frame Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds Width 4 - Opacity 20 - Colour White Both boxes checked and Press OK Open the tube you are using and Paste on your Canvas Place in the frame Resize if necessary Click inside the Frame with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 Selections - Invert - Delete on the tube layer Move under the frame layer Copy and Paste your tube again Resize if the original was Place exactly over the original Move to the top of the layers Grab your eraser tool and erase any overhanging parts Open Swag and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 70 - Sharpen Send to the bottom Open Butterfly Stickers 1 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 90 and Sharpen Place on the right of the tube Open Dragonfly 1 and Paste on your Canvas Resize by 40 - Sharpen Place on the left of the tube Open Paper 1 and Paste on your Canvas Send to the bottom of your Canvas Add a mask of Choice - Merge Group Give all layers a Drop Shadow - I gave the tube a grey Drop Shadow Merge Layers Visible Add Correct Copyright and Licence Numbers Crop if Necessary Done!
