I am using the PTU IB Steve Baier 7-2 Scrapkit by Honored Scraps which you can find HERE

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Open Element 8 and position to the right of the tag - Open Frame 1 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place to the right - Click inside all frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the frames - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance - Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Position to the centre right - Open ELement 20 - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place between the 2nd and bottom frame - Open Element 19 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the tag - Open Element 12 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and duplicate 3 times - Place 1 on the top left of the ribbon - Another on the bottom left of the previous one and the last one place to the right of the original - Merge all these together - Open Element 1 and place toward the bottom of the tag - Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open your tube and place her to the left - Open ELement 5 - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place between the 1st and 2nd frame - Open Wordart 1 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and place in the frame - Duplicate when happy with positioning and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Apply fritillary at the settings above - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 16 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place toward the top - Open Element 5 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen - Place to the bottom right above centre - See my tag for placement - Duplicate - Mirror - Duplicate - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the original flower - Duplicate and place on the left of the previous layer - merge all 4 flowers together - Open Element 42 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Duplicate and mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and plae slightly below the original - merge down - Unhide your tube and place to the top - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer - resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 12 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and mirror - Place on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate and place on the top left of the frame - Unhide your duplicated tube and move to the top - Apply Radiance to both tubes at the settings above

Open Element 11 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Mirror and place on the top left - Open Wordart 1 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom cente slightly to the left

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 18 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place below the top white flower layer

Open Element 8 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 17 - Resize as before and place in front of the previous layer - Open Element 3 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Element 5 - Resize by 45 - mirror and position on the bottom left of the frame - Unhide your duplicated tube and move her to the top - erase any that you need to and apply radiance at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
