Selections - Modify - Expand by 8

Open Black n Purple Pentagram paper and paste as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

On the paper layer - Selections - Select All - Float - Defloat

Open a close up of your tube - Position - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None

Move under the frame and change the blend mode to Dissolve

Open your main tube and paste as a new layer

Position on the right of the frame

Open Black Poison and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 and then again by 70 - Sharpen

Position on the bottom left of the frame

Open Purple Poison - Resize by 60 and then by 60 again - Sharpen

Open Purple Ripped Border and paste above the purple frame - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Duplicate and position above the tube layer

Erase some of the border as you wish - See mine for idea's

Click on the top of the black frame - Open Purple Barb Wire Border and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top - Erase any overhanging parts

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Black Chain link and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Send to the bottom and position in the centre

Open Black Brad and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen

Position on the left of the frame - Duplicate and place above the original - Merge Down

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Move down - Merge Down when happy

Open Element 75 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror and position on the top right over the lighthouse
Open Element 40 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position under the tube layer - Angle Slightly
