Open a new image 600x600

Open Stars and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place toward the top - Duplicate - Flip and place along the bottom - Merge down - Open Ribbon 5 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the right - Duplicate - mirror - Merge down when happy

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside the left and right frame with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and position in the right - Paste a new layer of the tube into the left frame also - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance - Click inside the centre frame with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Open Bead Garland 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - Merge down - Open Christmas Lantern - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open Candle Arrangement and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the previous layer - Open Sled Ornament and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your main tube and place her in the centre

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the middle - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify -Expand by 5 and open your tube and place her in the centre - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 33 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Repeat with Element 34 as you did with Element 33 - Merge together

Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Erase the ribbon parts that stick out from the bottom - Open Element 9 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open Element 4 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 48 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place just to the right of the centre

Open Element 22 - Flip - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag - Duplicate - Flip - Mirror and position on the bottom left of the frame

Open Element 19 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open your duplicated tube and move her to the top - Open Element 16 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Open Element 5 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 45 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

 Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 10 - Open Paper 3 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Open Drums 1 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Open Charm 2 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open Swag 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize  by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right

Open Disco Ball 1 - Image - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left

Open Note 9 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the disco ball

Open Tag 4 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Guitar 3 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Unhide the duplicated tube and erase any overhanging parts of the tube

Open Flower 6 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right  next to the sign - Duplicate - resize by 80 - Sharpen and position under the original - merge down

Apply Radiance to the 2 tube layers at the settings above

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 6 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both the paper and the tube under the frame - Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer - resize by 80 - Position in the centre - Unhide your duplicated tube and making sure its at the top - erase the bottom half using your eraser tool - Apply Radiance to both tube layers at the settings above

Open Element 22 - resize by 90 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 9 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 33 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the top left

Open Element 24 - Position on the bottom of the frame

Open Element 32 - resize by 50 and position on the bottom part of the tube

Open Element 12 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position along the bottom

Open Element 40 - Position in the centre of the previous layer and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Element 9 - Re size  by 25 and Sharpen - Position between the previous layer toward the top - Duplicate and position on the bottom of the sparkle bit - Merge Down

Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Re size as before and position between the 2 green roses - Merge these 3 together - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre and apply Porcelain

Open Element 37 and paste as a new layer - Re size by 85 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom of the tube

Open Element 3 and paste as a new layer - Re size by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 1 - Image - Mirror - Re size by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the nail polish

Open Element 59 and paste as a new layer - Re size by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group

Add drop shadows to your layers - merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done

Open Black Starz and paste as a new layer

Position on the top left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down

Repeat using White Starz but place on the top right

Open Frame 7 and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre -Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer

Open your tube and paste - Position - When happy - Duplicate and hide for now

Open Starz and paste as a new layer - Position on the top and  move to above the paper layer

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move all under the frame

Apply Gradient Glow to the starz layer at the settings above

Click on the frame layer - Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 and position - Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the bottom overhanging parts of the tube

Click on the paper layer - Open Swirl and position toward the top

Open heart mobile and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Flower and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right

Open Sparkles - Resize by 70 and position in the centre

Open White Bow and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 -Sharpen - Position on the far  left of the frame

Open LilliHeart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position under the previous layer on the left

Open White bow - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Place on the bottom right of the frame

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group
