Super Grabber

Well, apparently it WASN'T an accident when he started grabbing his blanket and putting it in his mouth! Gray has really gotten the hang of using his hands to grab stuff. And, of course, everything he grabs goes up to his mouth. We know he will be in this phase for a LONG time. Here are some pictures of him grabbing and playing with his silky bear.

OK, we know we are biased, but seriously, these pictures were just too cute. The one of Gray looking off to the side is just awesome. Look at the ones with him smiling--Linz thinks his smile is looking more and more like his Daddy's.

Welcome Teegan!

This week, we welcomed our new niece, Teegan Sophia Vietti. She was 19 inches long, and 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and born on Wednesday, January 21. Here are some pictures of her along with her big sister, Maleigha, her mom Angela, and with Linz, Andy and Gray. (Gray was showing his displeasure at no longer being the baby in the family)

Two month birthday

Sunday, Gray will be two months old! We were going to make him a cake with two candles, but he said he'd rather just get extra breastmilk. =) Linz took these pictures this week and thought they were really good, but it was pretty easy with such cute subject matter!!

Update and some pics

Sorry if we are getting lax about posting pics, now that Gray is all grown up at 8 weeks old! He is still changing every day. He is starting to really grab waaay more stuff (his favorites are Mommy's hair and Daddy's arm hair =). Today, he was grabbing his blanket and would try to pull it up to his mouth. Like a lot of what he does at this stage, we don't know if this was accidental or a planned maneuver, but it was cute to watch!! Also, he is starting to learn to roll from his back to his tummy! He can roll from his back to his side really well now, but once he gets to his side he gets stuck and either gets frustrated or goes back on his back. Here are some pictures of him, some even smiling! Also, note the cute stripey pajamas in one of the pictures. They were a gift from a neighbor.

Today, we went to Uncle Matt V's house and he was EXTREMELY nice to take pictures of us and Gray. (Mostly Gray!) We are so lucky to have such a talented family member with professional quality equipment and backdrops for taking pictures!! Overall, there were hundreds of pictures.
