February happenings:
These cute girls had a dance recital! They decided to take jazz this year - which was new and fun for them. There routine was Splish Splash and they did awesome!
Their best friends came to support them - what awesome friends to sit for 2 hours through lots of other numbers! They deserve an award, haha!
They have loved their teacher this year - she is so much fun!
We had a warm and dry winter - something I would normally love . . . except we sell skis for a living so . . . . come on SNOW!!!
Daddy spent a few weeks in Europe this month. He skiied the Alps and visited some beautiful Italian cities. These are the cool masks and bags he brought home for the lambchops. So fun!
A day at the park.
A visit to our one and only great-great-grandma Stokes. She is amazing and makes the girls feel like her favorite even though she has hundreds of grandkids, greats, and great-greats.
Preschool field trip to Dicks Market - love this cute class
back at home . . . just being their crazy selves
We took a family ski trip with several families in our neighborhood to Grand Targhee in Wyoming. It was an awesome trip for all of us and the girls improved so much on their skiing and loved the pool and hot tub scene. Even six months pregnant, I had a great time skiing and enjoyed all the fun roller coasters and jumps with the kids. We will definitely be back next year for more fun in the snow!
Lunch in the lodge with the Winder's
Fun in the lodge arcade:
Skiing with the girls - Deawnn and Lindsie
Cute little ski bunny!
Nielsen's on the way home with the Winder's
See you next year Targhee!
In March we got to go to the Aquarium with our neighbors the Hawks.
Here's Juby's buddy Joseph.
Happy 9th birthday to this sweet and obedient girl. She is such a good helper and a good friend. She loves to plan outings and parties, play the piano, do art and sewing, read "Who Is . . . " books, go places with her Dad, and she is a super supportive sister. She is patient and hardworking too.
Here is Arden's cute little best buddies from school. She took them out for ice cream on her big day. Such a fun group!
Kylee, Abbie, Lexi, and Arden - they call themselves the Art 4, haha - cuz they all love art.
Presents for this cute 9 year old
For her family outing, Arden chose to go to Classic Skating for skating, bounce houses, pizza, and the jungle gym. All the girls had such a great time!
And here she is on her new motor scooter. It took some getting used to with this hand pedal for gas and breaks. She practiced hard and got really good at it - we're so proud of our cute Arden.
And her cake choice was awesome - haha, she's such a grown up and always has been. She chose Key Lime Torte - one of my favorite cakes growing up. It was yummy and she loved it just like I do - we're so much alike with our palettes:)
Happy 9 years sweet Arden Bea. SO glad you came to our family and made me the happiest mommy ever. I am very grateful for the spirit you bring into our home and the thoughtful and helpful attitude you have.
