August Cakes

 Birthday cake for someone getting just a bit older.

 I LOVE how this cake turned out. I think it is so gorgeous and elegant.

Only Child

 We are figuring out ways to entertain Victor while the other kids are at school. Today was t-ball.

HOME!

There is that big yellow bus that brings my kids home. Yeah! I do love them and miss them while they are gone. 

 Made cookies to welcome them home.

 The bus is back with my oldest.

Back to School

Ahhh! I'm sending my babies back to school. As always I have mixed emotions over it. On one hand, I am so ready for a break, especially ready to end the fighting. On the other hand, I hate sending them out into the world to fight battles without me. So, It is just my hope that they can withstand the  temptations that come and that they are strong and brave enough to fight those battles that are waiting. 

 This beautiful little angel is in 1st grade this year. Such a hard year. They are still so little and have such a long day ahead of them.

 This big man is in 4th grade this year. He is ready to conquer the world.

 This beauty is going into 8th grade. The last grade of her childhood so to speak. She is so ready to face the world.

 Love these 3 so very much.
