Little Monster

BayLeigh is going to be one of those kids that you are constantly chasing, I just know.  She is busy and won't ever be still.  Now that she has learned to crawl she is everywhere and in everything.  We are lucky for her abilities that she has but I bet she keeps us going also.  This last weekend she learned to crawl up the stairs, she has master the army crawl and has, but rarely crawls without her belly on the floor.
She is so much fun to watch play, and to listen to.  She has started to make a clicking sound with her voice.  These seem like such simple things that a kid would do, but every day it seems like she does something that amazes us!

New Years

Every year on New Years Eve we go to the Killam's and play games and hang out.  We always look forward to this, we play LCR for a chance to win some money, however we never win.  We tried to get a picture of the kids in fun hats but had little luck, BayLeigh was one upset little girl.

Shooting

The day after Christmas we went shooting with my family.  Jory got me a clay pigeon thrower and it was so much fun!

I know, it's March and I am just writing about Christmas.  Christmas was a lot of fun this year with our family.  Even though BayLeigh is still so little it made the few days of the Holiday that much neater.  We have a common tradition at our house that we get a pair of PJ's and a movie or book on Christmas eve, so we did that and since every year we are impatient we opened all of our gifts at the same time.  Christmas day we go to the Killam's and the Edwards' so it's always pretty busy, we are able to spend more time with each other on Christmas Eve opening gifts so it works out.   Ellee of course got gifts too, she could not figure out what ones to play it first and it was fun to watch her try to play with them all at once.  BayLeigh got Jory a really nice tool to tie flies for fly fishing.  And she spoiled her Mom with a beautiful pink Citizen watch.  BayLeigh got some common things to, clothes, books a few toys and a movie.  I am so grateful we were able to provide her with some fun things.

Pictures with Santa

We took BayLeigh for her pictures with Santa today.  She never cried, but it was hard to get her to smile.  Thanks to my niece Emma, we were able to snap one picture with a little smile.
