Spring in a Nutshell

Here is a quick recap of what we've been up to lately!  I hae been a major blog-slacker!



Now that the weather is warming up, we go to the park a lot!

 Her favorite things are the swings and the slides!

Our little Monkey made friends with the bull dog next door.  She love to go say hi to him!

Exploring the dinosaur museum!  We all had fun!

 They have a kids area with lots of hands on activities for all ages.  She loved the puzzles!

Happy 50th Grandpa!  My dad turned 50 in April!

Happy Easter!  We had a picnic and Easter egg hunt at Flaming Gorge!

Mom learned the important lesson of why you should just put the toilet paper away right when you get it instead of waiting until later!  (Sorry the picture is sideways)wq

18 Month Pics

Can't believe my baby is 18 months!  We took her to get pictures done, but the photographer used a rubber ducky to blow air in her face and made her cry...so most of her pictures were with sad faces.  There were only a few that weren't, you can check them out here:

Just For Fun!

Yes, she is sitting on my face.  What a pest!  She is so funny!

I love her face in this one.  She is totally chowing down!

This was the first time she said "CHEEESE!" for the camera!  I just took her pony tail out, so her crazy hair adds to how funny these pictures are.

We decided to let the kitty in for a minute...the little cutie was playing with her tea set and spilled some water on a plate.  The cat started to lick it up...so she thought she had to do the same.  Luckily I was able to get some water on another plate for her to drink off of before she used the same one as the cat!

I love this one! 

 She loves her mittens!  She wore them for half the day!

Thanksgiving

Yeah, I know it's a couple of months late.  But here are some pictures from Thanksgiving!  We had Thanksgiving dinner at my Grandma Whitney's house this year.  It was a lot of fun.

Flood

Here are a couple of pictures of the flood.  Luckily everyone in town was out sand bagging, otherwise the wash would have overflowed and our basement would have been flooded for sure.  It's amazing how much water we got.  They had to use back hoes to dig the wash deeper and even with the sand bagging, it was really close to over flowing.  The first picture is of the dam on the lower reservoir overflowing.  I think it looks like a pretty water fall.  The road to the reservoir was washed out from all the water.

Disneyland!

Here are some pictures from our trip!  We had a lot of fun!

 She loved Tarzan's Tree House!  She was growling at the cheetah...and was pretty surprised when it growled back!

 Darcie and Jesse thought it would be funny to get Jessie an autograph book and make him have the characters sign it.  Jessie was a good sport and had every character we saw sign it and also got pictures with them!
