Cell Phone Pictures Part 2

Some more random and out of order pictures of Lucas up to his usual tricks.
This is a classic from his "tongue hanging out of my mouth" phase

Getting acquainted with the Christmas Tree

Getting all "charged" up for the day
by chewing on a cell phone charger

First time meeting a "pupu" (he loves puppies)

Playing Bubbles

Bored in a shoe store

First reaction to his first time eating goldfish crackers

A nine month old boy wearing 3 month old khaki pants rolled into shorts
because his backside is just that little

Puckering at a smoothie

The tires excited him and I don't even think he understands why yet

Just a smiley boy

Wearing a witch hat

Wearing a pirate hat

Where's Lucas?
There he is!

Squishy sleepy face

Cruising along the furniture

Looking oh so regal in his crown

He thought he looked pretty

Another lime face from the same day as the classic lime video

Camo hat, he'd fit in in Missouri

I think he's kissing the bear

Watching Aladdin. This is how he always wants to watch TV, but never gets to.

Very serious eating face.

He stayed awake for New Years!

A Whole Year

It's Lucas's First Birthday!
So much has changed, some things have stayed the same!
He used to be a little tiny on his actual birthday

Now look how big!

So tiny cuddling with daddy

Some facts about our little boy:

He has been walking since around 9 months, although recently he's started walking on his tippy toes and running
He loves apple juice and anything with tomato sauce on it, or ketchup, or tomato soup
He loves dogs. He gets all silly around them.
He doesn't say many actual words (his words are currently mama, dada, bubbo (bubble), hi, bye (both with waving) and baby.) Although if you say something and ask him to say it, sometimes he'll surprise you and get pretty close when he tries.
He loves people. He smiles at everyone.
He likes balls and cars and tools and hitting stuff.
He can clap really well and thinks that everything he does needs clapping.
His favorite movie is Muppet Christmas Carol. He still loves it. He's watching it right now.
He loves pictures of himself.
He really likes family. He loves all of the attention that he gets/got from his aunts and uncles and grandparents.
He loves to be outside.
He loves to be wet and take baths.
He hates his carseat, still.
He is a very sweet boy and brings joy and laughter to our home continually!
Happy Birthday Lucas!
