dh

Well I am sure I will post some pictures soon but I just thought I would throw in a note for those that actually check this and are sadly disappointed with my lack of blogging. I thought I would let you know that Justin's time is about up and I am heading down in a few days to go to his graduation. I cannot wait and will probably blog a few pictures for you all but thought I would just stick a note in for those out of the loop. Ben is here with me in VA and we will be driving down to graduation. Wow I feel I will be getting a huge lesson on the military and need to start paying attention starting with all these abbreviations, dh is the first one I learned, Dear Husband.

Fruit of the Earth

I have to admit this is not my work but my moms but I have to say it is a beautiful site to me. Yum, I love living on a farm. I love this season of harvest. What a beatiful and fruitful earth we have.

Football

Ben at his first BYU football game. What a treat! I can't believe the media is still dwelling on the unsportsman like call and nothing else. I was there and it was surprising how high that kid could chuck the ball. I could not throw it that high. But seriously the offical did not block the kick as far as I could see.

It is so cool to be home for football season. Go Daniel, and Joey .. and Austin and everyone else. :) These are the only Huskies I cheer for.

School Days

Here is Avery on her first day of school! She had her clothes and hair-do picked out days before. She had an interesting lunch (black banana) and an interesting day as she was one of two kids that actually spoke English in the class. Luckily the teacher spoke English too. I guess her cousin was in a class where the teacher didn't speak English and his day was a lot harder not understanding a word. She made some friends but doesn't know their names. No reading or writing yet, she was a little disappointed. We will just have to wait and see what day two brings.
