Huuu~~ My Wimax wireless transmitter or they prefer to call it Dongle. It's a USB transmitter that can be attached to your Wimax box modem to enable the WI-FI. I called the service center asking if the upgrading has been completed at my area. And they said "YES" but it's kinda slow for the past 3 days. He instructed me to reset the modem. But before I did it I said, " Based on my experience, the modem would have some trouble if you didn't reset it properly. Are you sure it is OK to reset my modem? ". So that guy said it's OK. And just as I predicted, my modem had a hiccup. None of the laptops could connect with the WIFI. We could see the connection but once we tried, we would get " Limited or No Connectivity " status.
