Park City

We didn't really get to go on any vacations this summer, so we decided to head up to Park City for the weekend with some friends. Oh and did I mention that there was this big craft show that we wanted to go to :)
We rented a house that we scored an amazing deal on. There were 13 of us in all- 6 adults, 7 kids. The first day the boys got up and went for a bike ride and then girls headed up to Swiss Days, the big craft show, and the guys were troopers and hung out with kids.

Then we all went out to eat and walked a little in downtown Park City. It was so nice to be out of the heat! Then on Sunday we headed up to the Alpine Slide. Reagan thought it was so fun to go up the ski lift. I was a little nervous with Alice, she would be the girl to jump off the ski lift, but Nick had a good hold on her. The slide was really fun, something a little different to do on vacation. We ate a lot of food, played a lot, and laughed a lot! It was a good time!

One word: JEALOUS. Did you know that Park City is one of my favorite places in the world? When Todd was in undergrad, we spent three of our anniversaries in a row up there since it was all we could afford! Hopefully you were able to make it to the outlets. If not, I did see the pics of the Alpine slide---bestest ever.

I am so happy you got to go up there and so sad that I didn't go up to swiss days. My sisters said you came and said hi.

And glad you did the Alpine slide, it really is fun and so pretty to ride up the lift.

So fun!! Steve and I went to Park City when we were dating during the Olympics, but I haven't been back since. Looks like so much fun! I'd love to go back with kids sometime. Or without.

So glad you guys got to have a fun family trip and I hope your cold didn't get in the way too much.
