Kenna Goodman (28) has been recently diagnosed with a grade 4 cancerous brain tumor called Medulloblastoma.
Kenna had surgery to remove the tumor and is now undergoing radiation and chemo therapy in hopes to destroy any residual cancer cells in her brain and spinal column.
She has three adorable children ages 6, 4, and 1 and is terrified they will grow up without their mommy.

Brigham City Temple...
I was kind of sad when I looked online earlier in the week
and saw that all the tickets for the open house for the Brigham City Temple were gone.
Well for some reason I kept looking every day
and then one day a spot opened up and I could get tickets.
I was kind of bummed it was in the middle of the week so Aaron couldn't go with us,
but it was a great adventure to go on with the kids while he was so busy this week with work.
In the afternoon the kids and I packed up and headed to Brigham City,
the kids were really excited, especially that we got to ride a bus from the parking lot to the temple, they loved that! No carseats and no seatbelts!
Once we got to the Temple itself I thought I was going to die, not to lie.
They packed everyone in the underground parking lot to watch a video,
I'm pregnant, not feeling great, it was hot and crowded and then 2 kids to worry about,
I was thankful when the time came that we finally got to go inside!
Parker really liked all the chandeliers and the sun peeking through the windows to make rainbows.
I think Macey's favorite was the celestial room, because once we walked in their she laid immediately on the white carpet and rolled around.
Also the white booties on their shoes were a big hit! After, they kept them and wore them around on their heads for the rest of the day!
The kiddos were troopers on our adventure through the Temple,
they really enjoyed the cookies afterwards also!
And then on our way home we stopped at Maddox drive in (one of my favorites)
We had to get some buffalo burgers, fries, raspberry shakes and ice cream!
What a great time and fun experience we had together!
Good times!
We did miss daddy a lot while he was busy working

Panning for Gold and rock hunting...
I think we might have a geologist in the making on our hands
(just like his great grandpa Veryl)
Parker loves collecting objects such as rocks,
we have rocks in all sizes of boxes and containers from all over
from the park in Arizona to the beach in California,
and don't you dare throw them away he will remember.
He also likes to collect more than just rocks,
gold, shiny objects, interesting different rocks.
So we headed down to the stream to look for some new kinds of rocks and to pan for Gold...
I love this!!!
These kiddos are a hoot to be with and have adventures with!!!
Full moon!!!
The kiddos found some pretty good collections and had a fun afternoon!
Dino museum....
I thought this week the kiddos and I would take advantage of Thanksgiving Points 2 dollar Tuesday
So we went to the dinosaur museum
We saved ourselves $16
It was crowded, and then once we were half way through both kiddos had to go to the bathroom, so we ran through it to the end.
But they did get to play with their cousin Gabriella and eat popcorn at the end so it was all good!
Parker loved it, because he loves dinosaurs, fossils, dirt and rocks

Utah Open...
If you have time this week you should stop by the Utah Open and check it out
or at least stop by and say hi to Aaron
It's free!

Davis County Fair
There is something about
the people watching
the fat pigs
the food
that you can only get at the County fair
and I love every minute of it!
But I must say the fat pigs and people watching is even better at the State Fair!
We had a fun time!
Waiting in line for their balloons...
Got them!!!
Macey loves sand!!! Loves it!
We had to have ice cream while we were there, and Macey danced the night away!
We watched these little guys head butt forever, they both had sores on their heads.

Cove Fort Days...
We drove down to Cove Fort to visit Grandma Great and Grandpa Great on their mission.
The ride was kind of long, but the kids did great finding ways to entertain themselves!
They were excited that when we got there all their cousins were there ready to play!
Grandma's hummingbirds were amazing to watch!
Secret cousin meetings with Uncle T. to plan all the activities and mischief they would get into
Naps and lounging around
Pioneer games and carriage rides
We all had fun and glad we could go, wish we could have spent more time with Elder and Sister Luke but they were busy busy busy.
Can't wait to have them home in a couple of months!
Daddy's work....
Sometimes we visit dad at work
And I am sure we are a big help...
Parker helps him take all his important notes...
Macey takes all the important phone calls...
I do all the important computer work...
And then we distract him from what is important
and make him take us to the driving range...
And then Macey mischievously sneaks away to the golf cart and drives away.
What a hard day with daddy at his work! Whew!
