Kenna Goodman (28) has been recently diagnosed with a grade 4 cancerous brain tumor called Medulloblastoma.

Kenna had surgery to remove the tumor and is now undergoing radiation and chemo therapy in hopes to destroy any residual cancer cells in her brain and spinal column.

She has three adorable children ages 6, 4, and 1 and is terrified they will grow up without their mommy.

$7 magic!!!

It has been a really, really really long winter, and I now spend my days dreaming about sunny days.
Utah weather is always full of surprises, it's the last day of April and we still have snow.
After being cooped up with sore throats and coughs, and now feeling a little better we decided to venture out, I can't believe that I have never taken my kids to Jumping Jacks, all I can say is it was $7 magic, and worth every dollar to let Parker run around like a mad man... We will be returning here if we have any snow days in May.

While Parker was running around bouncing, Macey would walk up to every stranger, give them this cheesy face and just keep saying more, please, eat, more, please, eat... She actually got a juice box and a balloon out of it!

Goblin Valley...

Can you say AWESOME!!!
Cause that is what Goblin Valley is... AWESOME...
This little State Park was created by wind and water that carved fantastic and unique goblin-like sculptures out of rock.
Parker and Macey were Heaven running, climbing and getting dirty.

Parker was so EXCITED, he barely could stand it!!!

This is what cool looks like!

The 3 sisters...
Goblin Valley was so much fun, a place we will have to go back and visit for sure!

The Wedge...

While at the cabin, we wandered out to the The Wedge, also known as Utah's little Grand Canyon. It was pretty awesome. Grandma and Parker were a little frightened. And were too nervous to come to the edge, so they enjoyed the view from the car.
We also were able to drive out to see some amazing petroglyphs and do a little hiking...

Almost all the cousins.

Near The Wedge edge

View from the top of The Wedge...

It was a beautiful sunny day, and we enjoyed spending the time with family and rolling in the dirt. We missed daddy while he was at work.

Dye those eggs...

We had a wonderful, snowy Easter spent with family.

After all the Easter festivities and all that jazz, we decided to go out and shoot our eggs.

The Cabin...

Mountains, mud, 4-wheelers, fire and smores
What more do you need?
That was how our last 5 days were spent.
Pure bliss!
We went down to the family cabin and fully enjoyed ourselves...
Joe's Valley

Grandma an Papa made the kids a teeter-totter, Parker fell off!

Parker was a good big brother driving Macey around. They loved the 4-wheelers!

A cabin sponge-bath, and a black mail picture for the future

A cabin trip would not be complete without fires...

And smores...

A cold, rainy but fun 4-wheeler ride...

Jeremy took us out shooting, and we blew up eggs!
We had so much fun with family, we had sun, rain, snow and mud.
We lost Tootsie in the mountains and were sure that she was eaten by a mountain lion, that dog sure does have 9 lives. We don't know how she survives.

Is your mama a Llama?

Is your mama a Llama?
No, she is not!
Well neither is our mama...
But our neighbors are Llamas, well alpacas
The kids love to watch them run, they run pretty silly tossing their heads around. But the alpacas love Tootsie! The follow her along the fence. We walk past them on our Sunday walks.
Couldn't resist this cute pic one night of Macey on our Sunday walk!

Spring is springing... (attempting)...

The snow is finally melting and we are having a few nice days
YES!!!
Parker had his first soccer game and rocked it!
He scored!
They won!
But who is keeping track, you aren't suppose to keep score at this age, but I do!!!
My team, they are awesome!!!

We have spring fever like crazy, and spring is attempting to come...

Slam dunk...
Pirate ninja, I think yes!  Parker went to pirate school, but he was afraid of all the other pirates so he thought his ninja costume would scare them off. He had to walk the plank! That night for dinner we all wore our eye patches and ate pirate stew, our stew consisted of eyeballs, brains, worms and blood! I bet your jealous!

It's normal to chase birds in your swimsuit at the library for over an hour! Well of course!!!
Thank you spring, we've been waiting for you, we really needed you!
