The Brothels

 

The Brothels is a Punk Rock band from Austin, Texas, USA.

They are a continuation of Punk/Ska band Avenue Rockers. Established in 2006, Ave Rockers toured the US, toured with Svetlanas, Dead Kennedys, Reagan Youth and played festivals including Upstart Fest, Punk Rock Bowling, etc. Luna (vocals) sang for Reagan Youth for a couple of years before assembling The Brothels. 

In 2024 the band was to tour their The EP album with Dayglo Abortions on a full US Tour which fell thru after the booking agent stole thousands & never applied for the bands visas.

The Brothels gained momentum, fans and notoriety world wide for keeping the tour going with no headliner, no money, just their new punk rock soundtrack for a broken summer tour.
