The 351's

The 351's is old school Street Punk/Oi! band from Quebec city, Quebec, Canada. The 351's were formed in September 2023. Kev was playing guitar with The Rudesters (formerly The Cranky's) when Dom joined them as the new (and last) singer followed shortly after by Tin as the new (and last) drummer. Tired of the misconduct and all the bullshit from bass player M. (giving the band a bad reputation within the local scene), Kev decided to leave The Rudesters. "This was my last rehearsal with you guys...I'm fed-up"  The Rudesters died that day. But Kev wasn't done with music... "The thing is, I really liked Dom and Tin, we got along well, we had fun together..." So Kev asked Dom if he was willing to play bass and asked Tin if he still wanted to play drums... and start a new band! The name of the group comes from Steven Spielberg's first film, Duel, it is the model of the truck (a Peterbilt 351*). “I have been a truck driver for 30 years. For me, the 351 (made from 1954 to 1966) is the most beautiful truck ever made, I've always loved it, and in this movie, the truck is old, rusty and mean... a bit like us, like our sound."  Dom likes horror movies, he likes the movie and Tin also has to deal with trucks; the name struck us like an old pair of Dr. Martens! For their first year, the 351's gave half a dozen concerts across Quebec (and even one in Maine USA) and recorded an EP to be released soon!
