JJ & The Real Jerks is Punk 'N' Roll band from Los Angeles, California, United States. With some blistering guitar work and a catchy chorus JJ & The Real Jerks bring ya back to those classic first two The Humpers LP’s and do it better than most. JJ & The Real Jerks is a full on beast of guitars blazing Rock 'N' Roll along the lines of the Johnny Thunders, the Joneses, New York Dolls and the Heartbreakers. They’ve crafted a fine music and showing that they definitely have a penchant for the same sleazy underbelly of Rock 'N' Roll that bands like Electric Frankenstein, Supersuckers, Lazy Cowgirls and The Dragons came from. And to top it off, the production is perfect which allows the guitar-based rhythms to shine while perfectly showcasing JJ’s captivating vocal delivery. These guys wear their influences on their sleeve and totally create an music that holds up well next to their fellow guitar slinging junky blood brothers.
