Cheap Riot is Paris-based Punk band featuring a member of Les Spadassins. As any good Punk band should, is heavily political, sarcastic and raging, but never forgets to bring up the melodies during the rampage. Think a Punk band with strong 60s and Pop sensibilities. Melodic bass with a strong but clean guitar tone. A kind of mix between Television Personalities, the Buzzcocks and the Disco Zombies. File under Punk/Indie-Pop/Power Pop.
