Kombatants

 

Kombatants is an Oi!/Street Punk Band from Sweden. 

Started as a project in august (2011) after a few pints (read alot) at a festival. They decided to try out with some oldies like Sparrer, Blitz and Sham 69, and after a few reharsals we put some songs together ...The Kombatants' sound is different from most other Swedish Oi! bands though: they still are quite melodic and singalong, but the thing that makes them stand out is the rock'n'roll influence. And with rock'n'roll we mean rock'n'roll Jerry Lee Lewis style not AC/DC or anything like that. It's especially the rhythm section that is so rock'n'roll, but it defines the band's whole sound. They stopped playing music in 2015.

In 2023 Kombatants decided to make another try with the band. Two new members, John (guitar) and Måns (bass) (later Tibor on bass), who delivered awesome guitarriffs and basstones.

After some rehearsals they decided to record a demo.
