Family Pics

Blake was teaching Spencer something about cooking. We made some peanut butter m&m bars for fun.  They were delicious! We had family pictures taken in Las Vegas.  My computer was acting dumb so this is the best I have for now.  But I love these people.  Awesome siblings and parents.  I love that it was super hot outside and we still were happy.  Las Vegas natives! All of us I love my family.  They were mostly cooperative. My high school friend, Lori, took these pictures said, "Sorry, this is like a prom picture." But I totally love how it turned out! This is a tender hearted, sensitive, wild, boy who loves to explode things and ride his bike. This is a strong willed, sharing, caring, loving, wild girl who loves little toys, learning books, and summertime. I was sick with sinusitis one day.  It was so awful.  I have never had it but thought I would die. Luckily, William was happy to zoom this car ...

Hailey performed in her school music show.  She had a speaking part as well.  We were so proud of her overcoming her stage fright.  I showed Blake the video of her speaking part and he said, "Who was that?" He didn't even realize it was her! Her teacher loved it too.  It was pretty cool. Spencer came with me.  Brooke was sick, so she stayed home with Blake and William.  Spencer didn't want to come at first, but we have been encouraging the siblings to go to each others stuff.  He ended up having a great time and it was nice to hang out with him. Hailey was part of the rockin' recorders group.  It was pretty cute. Hailey and her friend Abigail.  She has been a good friend to Hailey since we moved here and helped her to make friends at school. Brooke had a Valentine's party at school that she just loved.  She got quite the haul!  They dyed flowers with food coloring too.  She has done so well in preschool a...

Hailey is 10!

Hailey turned 10! in Nauvoo.  Thought that would be a cool memory to turn double digits in Nauvoo.  She loved her presents, a spirograph, roller blades and money. Hailey has been a bright light in our family.  She is always willing to step in and help out.  The other night, she saw the sink full of dishes and me trying to get ready for the missionaries and she came in to help out.  She tries hard to follow the gospel and do the right thing.  She is learning to recognize her emotions and take time away when she needs it.  She loves art, reading, cheer, sports, and baking. For her birthday dinner, she chose lasagna and breadsticks.  She requests lasagna every year and since I wasn't making my homemade, this was a close second.   Brooke, Hailey and I went to a play in Nauvoo about the pioneers. It was put on by the senior missionaries and it was just super cute.  They had the men singing and dancing.  It was so fun to...
