With the NHL regular season now complete, the 2026 Stanley Cup Playoffs on ESPN presented by GEICO have arrived as 16 teams face off for the most prestigious trophy in sports. Action begins with a tripleheader on Saturday, April 18 (3 p.m. ET, 5:30 p.m. ET, 8 p.m. ET, ESPN), followed by a doubleheader on Sunday (7:30 p.m. ET, 10 p.m. ET, ESPN). In all, 16 First Round games will play out over the first ten days on ESPN and ESPN2.

ESPN’s coverage of the 2026 NBA Playoffs presented by Google tips off on Saturday, April 18 as the Los Angeles Lakers, led by four‑time MVP and the NBA’s all‑time leading scorer LeBron James, host the Houston Rockets and former MVP Kevin Durant, who now ranks fifth on the league’s all‑time scoring list, at 8:30 p.m. ET on ABC. The matchup is presented by Popeye’s. Mike Breen will provide play-by-play alongside Richard Jefferson and Tim Legler, with Lisa Salters reporting.

ESPN will present live, multiplatform coverage of the 130th Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America on Monday, April 20. In partnership with Boston ABC affiliate WCVB, ESPN2 will televise the event starting at 9 a.m. ET, with coverage continuing until 12:30 p.m. In addition, the race will air in Spanish on ESPN Deportes from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The race will also simulcast on ESPN+ starting at 4 a.m. ET until 4 p.m. ET.

New this year, Disney+ and Hulu will also stream ESPN, ABC and ESPN Deportes’ trio of NFL Draft presentations throughout the event—setting a record for the most platforms carrying the NFL Draft. Across all three days, fans can access 14 hours of coverage—capturing all 257 picks—across multiple distinct telecasts, including five offerings on night one.
