15 things I am thankful for:  After number two they are no particular order except fifteen should be at the top.

First and for most The Gospel because it directs my life and gives me the power to be with my family forever.

Second of course my family.  I am so blessed.  I love my family more than words can describe.  I have an amazing husband that I truly believe only he could put up with me.  I love my kids.  They are such blessings for me.  I love to just stare at them and I am filled with pure love for them.  Then of course my parents and siblings and in laws are all part of this.  My mom is one of my rocks in my life.

Third my health and the health of my loved ones.  As you are around others and see others struggles I am always reminded of how blessed we are for good health.  Especially when I think back on the struggles with Rylin, I am thankful always that she is a beautiful and happy girl with us today.

Fourth my home.  I am so blessed to have a home and food to provide for my family.  I cannot imagine being homeless or not being able to feed my family.  I am so grateful that we are in our home and able to provide.  My heart aches for those that can't feed their children or don't have a home.

Fifth my church calling.  I am currently the Relief Society Secretary and I LOVE IT!  It has truly been my favorite calling I have ever had.  I love the ladies I work with.  It has opened me up to seeing sisters in a whole new way.

Sixth my job.  I have and still do dream of being a stay at home mom but I am also so glad to be able to have a job to help provide for my family.  Especially in this economy when so many are sufffering I am so thankful that I can help sustain our needs.

Seventh my love of photography.  I really do love to do photography in my leisure time.  It is fun and I love to see people's happy reactions to photos I take.

Eighth is books.  I love to read books.  Especially books by Marcia Lynn McClure.  This woman is amazing and I am so glad to know about her.

Ninth is modern technology.  I only get to see my sister once a year in person, but I can see her anytime on Facetime with modern technology.  To be able to connect with people through technology and all the things I can do with it at work, etc.  It is also something I believe we can't let go to our heads.

Tenth is interior decorating.  If money wasn't an issue I would buy and decorate to my hearts content.  For now I like to tell other people how to decorate.

Eleventh is Lake Powell and Bear Lake and Moab and other vacation loves.  One of my favorite things to do is be at a beach or floating on water on a tube or boat and reading a book.

Twevleth is my children's teachers.  I am so thankful for the teachers in both school and church that help teach my children.  They are growing leaps and bounds and I am amazed.

Thirteenth is showers and toilets and clean running water.  We are so blessed to have these things in our lives.

Fourteenth is modern medicine.  I would be dead without things like antibiotics with some issues I have had in my life.  Rylin has been greatly blessed by modern medicine and technology as well.

Fifteenth is my Savior.  What words can describe what He has done and does for all of us.  I love Him.

Dustin has been working for Thermo Fisher again and we went to his Christmas work party again this year.  It was at the riverwoods and catered by Elements.  We had roast beef, shrimp and chicken marsala and peppermint cheesecake.  It was all delicious.  They had a photo booth there with different props to dress up with and get pics.  We won a prize too.  Lots of fun.

Macie's 1st Dance Performance

Macie started taking dance this fall at Dance Illusion.  She is having a lot of fun.  She had her first performance last night at the Logan High Auditorium.  She did two dances, one to "Witch Doctor" and then a big group finale to "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."  She did so good and she looks adorable and beautiful.  Way to go Macie!

First teeth

I noticed a few days ago that Abigail was getting one of her bottom front teeth.  Today, I saw that she is getting both of her front bottom teeth.  My other girls didn't get teeth until they were around 10 or 11 months I think so this is fast for me.

Dustin's mom came and took pictures for us.  We needed some family pictures with Abigail.  They turned out great.  Here is my favorite.  Rylin is so hard to get to smile in pictures now so I was so happy to find her smiling so cute in this one and I love Macie's smile too.  I love my fam!

Rylin is 3!

We celebrated Rylin's 3rd Birthday on May 3.  She is such a fun girl.  We were asking her ahead of time things that she wanted for her birthday.  She would say a toy.  I asked her what kind of cake she wanted and she said chocolate.  I asked her if she wanted daddy to take her on a 4-wheeler ride in the mountains and she said yes.  So after that it was always I want cake and 4-wheeler ride with daddy in the mountains.  Whenever I would ask her what she wanted for dinner she kept on saying cake.  I tried to explain to her that she would get cake but what did she want with the cake, all she cared about was the cake.  We had pizza.  So on her birthday she had texas chocolate cake decorated with Despicable Me minions, pizza for dinner, and went on a 4-wheeler ride with daddy.  That day when it was time to take a nap I told her you need to take a nap so you don't fall asleep on the 4-wheeler ride.  It was one of the rare times at that point that she willingly went to take a nap without a fuss.

Some things about Rylin:

Favorite foods:  She definitely LOVES chocolate.  She loves candy.  She will pretty much eat anything.  She really likes eggs for breakfast.

Favorite Movie and Shows:  She loves Despicable Me and Scooby Doo movies.  When Macie goes to school that is what Rylin does is watches a Scooby Doo movie if her mom doesn't make her take a nap.

She still loves books and puzzles.

She really loves to sing.  It is so fun to watch her try to sing to the TV show, radio, or during church when others are singing.

She jabbers all the time but she is still working on her articulation.  She just recently qualified to go to Pre-school at Canyon Elementary to work on her articulation.  Her first day of school was May 4 and she loves to go.  My mom said she wasn't scared at all the first day she left her, she was just fine.

I love when Rylin tells me she loves me.  She could stand to be nicer to her sister Abigail.  She is a bit rough.

Anytime she doesn't want to do something, she says I hate ______________.  Even is she really doesn't hate it, she hates anything she doesn't currently want to do.

She used to be a really good helper with cleaning up but lately sometimes she will just say, "no, I can't,"  or "no, you do it."

She is so funny and we love having her in our family!

 Her Despicable Me minions cake.

She got a little car for her birthday.  She was so excited she kept getting in and out of it while Dustin was putting it together.

This kid won't smile for the camera for nothing now most of the time.  Below she is enjoying her cake batter.

Her first present of the day from her daddy.  He always gets them a little car for most holidays.

2 year Stats
Weight was the 19th Percentile
Height was the 68th Percentile

3 year Stats
Weight is the 45th Percentile.  She weighed 30.25 pounds.
Height is the 30th Percentile.  She is 36.25 in tall.

She had to get a wart burned off her foot at the doctor yesterday.  Dustin said she did pretty good  but they got a frosty afterwards that made it all better.

Flying with Daddy

Macie has been bugging Dustin for a very long time about him needing to take her flying with him.  She finally got to go with him recently on March 9, 2012.  I was nervous as crud.  Dustin went and bought her a new booster seat.  She absolutely loved it.  Dustin even would suddenly drop the plane like a roller coaster and your tummy fills with butterflies and I thought for sure she wouldn't like those but she loved them.  Dustin said she kept tugging on his shirt and then pointing down to get him to drop the plane again.  Dustin's flight instructor was also there too.  I am glad they made it home safe and alive.

First laugh for Abigail

Abigail laughed for the first time today! It was little but definitely a giggle. I thought she did the other day but wasn't sure. She is growing so fast. She also had her first runny nose a couple days ago. Thankfully it only lasted like a day.

The Girls Being Girls (Random Pics)

I love this picture of Rylin.  Her brown eyes are so pretty and she has the most beautiful long dark lashes.  She is such a cute girl.  She really brings a smile to my face.
My girls love dressing up and playing together.  Lately they have started dressing up for dancing with the stars.  They dance while the people on the TV dance.

This picture of Abigail was taken quite awhile ago.  You can see her birthmark really well here.
Hanging out in the bouncy chair.  This thing has broken so many times from people stepping on it or whatever.  We finally gave up on it.  I miss having a bouncy chair.

My Girls and I have some of the craziest morning hair.  Here is Rylin's one morning.  Below is a bun I did on Macie with a sock.  She looked so pretty.

Awhile ago we switched the girls to a full bed so we could use the crib for Abigail.  They do pretty good in it.  Rylin usually kicks Macie or bugs her on purpose.  In this picture you can see she fell asleep on top of her.  Now Macie sleeps the other direction at the bottom of the bed and they are doing better.
Macie always asks to hold Abigail.  Below they were dancing to music I had turned on.  Rylin is into being "naked" lately and can often be found with just a diaper on.

Holding hands.  I am so thankful these two have each other to play with.  Rylin is reallly putting together full sentences for the past week or two now and she is doing great saying Macie's name.  She calls her Mace and says it all the time.  Last night was really the first time I heard her say Macie perfectly.  She is doing so much better with her speech.  We are working on her articulation.
Brown eyes.  I could drown in those eyes.  The other day she got in trouble for something and her mouth frowned down and started shaking and about crying cause she didn't want to be called naughty.  It was the best puppy dog face I have ever seen.  I grabbed her and hugged her and told her she was okay.  She and Macie both have very sensitive hearts.

Abigail got to enjoy the sunshine the other day with her cute little sun hat.  All of us girls sat out on the driveway in our camping chairs enjoying the sun.

Abigail's Blessing

Abigail was blessed today by her daddy. It was a perfect day. Most all of our family was able to come to the blessing. We missed having my sister Carrie and her family there with us. She was very good during the blessing. Dustin said as soon as he took her up there her eyes started rolling back and closing. She was perfectly quiet and just went to sleep.  The men in the circle was Dad, Grandpa Liechty, Grandpa Anderson, Uncle Jon, Uncle Matt, Unlce Russ, Great Grandpa Joe, Great Grandpa Wendell and Bishop Derr.  I forgot to get a picture of all the men together.  But we were so glad they were all there to be a part of this special day.  Dustin did an excellent job giving the blessing.  Some things that stood out to me that was said during her blessing are:

She was blessed to be able to see the good in others.
To be mentally, physically and spiritually strong.
To strive to be like Christ.
Dustin talked about how she has sisters that love her and adore her and parents too.
That she would thrive in life.
That her sisters would teach her many fun and important things.
That she would have the strength to resist the temptation in life and focus on the good in the world.
That she would be able to feel God's love in her life.
That her parents and family would have the patience, strength, and love to help her grow in life.

I think this was our first family picture since she was born.
Grandma Liechty gave a beautiful testimony during the meeting.  She said she felt her mom and dad there, my Grandama and Grandpa Jackson.  I had thought and prayed that morning that they would come.
