8.4.13 Nashville Reunion

This summer we decided to do a family reunion with the Calderon side of the family and so we all gathered together in Nashville, Tennessee!!  We all pitched in and rented a lake house and spent 7 fabulous days together!  The kids had a blast (they all haven't been together since Kike and Adriana's wedding) and I think us adults had a fabulous time too!!  Here are some photos from our second day enjoying the house and all its glory.  It really was a peace of heaven :)

 When we said we were making s'mores the boys were so excited.  Jacks and Evan even kept the campfire going well into the wee hours of the night.  They were so proud of themselves!

The girls pulled out some bubbles and had a blast chasing all the bubbles Elisa blew for them.

I just love the expression on Camila's face in this pic below.  Totally sums up her energy!!

 And of course a night isn't complete without her giving the love of her life a great big hug!!

An Afternoon in the Sun

My friend Lei and I ventured out one afternoon to go and scout out some cool barns.  Since Camila is pretty much our model for wherever we go here are a couple of photos from a great afternoon :)

Lexie's Evening Celebration

Lexie's party is set for the weekend.  But we can't not celebrate the day of!!

Lexie's not a fan of cake, but cupcakes she loves.  So we did rainbow cupcakes with rainbow sprinkles!  They were a hit and super yummy!! :)

When Daddy's Away...

Jared had to leave us again for another week and a half and so it was up to me to make sure these kiddos got their energy out every night!  So one night off to the park we went to ride bikes.  It sure did the trick.  The kids went right to sleep after baths!!

Mikaela learned how to ride without training wheels and got a big bike for Christmas.  

She has done great getting used to it!

Of course we have to stop and play at the park before going home.
