An unlit candle frightens no monkeys

When Justin and Logan woke up and looked outside today there 1st comment was "oh my gosh! Mom, I don't think spring is ever going to come!"
little hip hoppity friend found them on clearance for $5 vs the retail price of $17-$20 he decided they could each have there own. Justin has been attached to the thing and only lets it out of his sight when he goes to school. He was so excited about it, he felt the need to ask in the middle of the sacrament if he could go tell Conner the Easter bunny brought it to him. That idea was quickly shot down and he wasn't very happy about having to wait until after church to talk to him about it. Justin did let us know that Connor did share in the excitement with him, in Justin's words "Connor when all crrraazzzy like when I told him". So, apparently it was a big hit!
It has been nice to not have to worry about kindergarten for a week, but where did the week go? It's already Friday, now all we have left is the weekend. We didn't do anything big for the spring break, but today Kristen called me to see if Justin and I would like to accompany her and Kami on a date to see the new Hannah Montana movie. Even though Justin HATES Hannah Montana, and comes to tears if you tease him otherwise, couldn't resist the temptation of getting to go see a movie in the theaters. And to put in mildly he was even excited about it. We (even Justin) really liked the movie. And if you ask him about her he simply comments "now I like her, so what! It doesn't even matter."
