This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed
Tube/Image of choice –"Blondy Baby" - Carpe Diem
Font used – More Enchanted Prairie Dog & Pixelette (Credits)

-Lets Get Started-
Open a new blank canvas
600x600
Floodfill white.
Paste a paper of choice from the scrapkit
I used paper 5.
You can also
floodfill with a colour from your tube.
I chose a paper 5.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from disk -
Load your mask of choice - or use as i have
Mask - load with the following settings
Source Luminance - Fit to canvas - Hide all mask checked.
Merge Group.
Move to the bottom.
Add a drop shadow to each layer
that you colour/Paste paper to.
I used Drop shadow with the following settings.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow
600x600
Floodfill white.
Paste a paper of choice from the scrapkit

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask from disk -
Load your mask of choice - or use as i have
Mask - load with the following settings

Merge Group.
Move to the bottom.
Copy and paste Frame 3 as a new layer
resize to suit.
resize to suit.
place in the centre of your canvas
With your magic wand
select inside the centre of your frame
Selections - Modify - Expand by 10
Copy and paste another paper of choice - I used paper 5 again.
Copy and paste element 76 as a new layer
place to the bottom right of your frame layer
Duplicate this layer
- Image - Mirror -
Add a drop shadow to each layer
that you colour/Paste paper to.
I used Drop shadow with the following settings.
Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow
load the following settings
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place as you wish or as i have,

remembering to add drop shadow to each layer.0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place as you wish or as i have,

600x600
Floodfill white.
Paste a paper of choice from the scrapkit
I used paper 4.

Mask - load with the following settings
Source Luminance - Fit to canvas - Hide all mask checked.
Merge Group.
Move to the bottom.

place in front of the two tree elements you have
placed on your tag.
Add a drop shadow to each layer
that you colour/Paste paper to.
I used Drop shadow with the following settings.

load the following settings
0 - 0 - 30 - 6.00 - Black.
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
place as you wish or as i have,

- Lets Get Started -
Open up a blank canvas
600x600
Add a new raster layer and flood fill with white.
Move this layer to the bottom of your layers Palette.
Copy & Paste a paper of choice
I chose paper 2
Use a mask of choice.
Copy and paste element 95
Paste as a new layer
Open up the elements.
Open up the elements.
Paste Element 18 as a new layer
Resize to a size you are happy with.
Once you are happy with the size place
behind your frame layer
Copy and Paste Element 67 as a new layer.
Resize until you are happy.
I resized by 30%
I resized by 30%
and repeat the above steps as you did
Copy and Paste any other elements that you may wish
to use.

Add drop shadow to each layer
I used
2 - 3 - 30 - 6 - Black Hit load/OK
Add any other elements that you may wish to use.
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Place as you wish on your canvas
Once happy apply the above drop shadow.
Add any other names and copy rite information that is required.
save as you would normally.
