My life has not stopped for me, even though I went on vacation. I really wanted my kids to understand that mom is not used to being mom, and to give me a small break, but of course that didn't happen. Most days since being home I have seen but mostly heard a lot of Kale following me around. Why is it that they do not ever follow silently?
I have been playing catch up for the last week. I was so thankful when Friday rolled around and Darrin would be home for the weekend. I have an inkling that Monday is gong to be a lot better, that by then I will be ready to be mom again.
