Georgia Kelley at 10 Months

Our little family is crazy about little Georgia Kelley, she brings smiles to this house all day long! Our precious Georgia Kelley is growing up so quickly!  She has started standing on her own and we now it will be too soon before she is walking! She started MDO this week and was NOT a fan.  I was shocked! If this lasts too long, I will be taking her out and figuring something else out!She loves her daddy and Harry more than anyone!   Just like her brother, her K9s came in before than the front tops! These pics were taken today  have been ridiculously busy. With all the classes I am teaching and Make a Wish has kept us very busy lately; I haven't put my babies to bed in a week!  I love my job and the content I am teaching but, I do not like being away from my family at night too much.  I got a great nap today! The park was a great family activity for us as well. When the weather gets better we will be doing it more often.

Harry Plays Soccer

Harry's first day of soccer was a blast! The grands and cousins came to cheer for him!Taylor, is buddy, played too!Harry wanted to play "cricket" with his cousins!Chad did a great job of coaching the kids with drills. They don't have a real game for a few weeks.  They are practicing for the first few weeks.  Harry didn't throw a fit..that is awesome! The players were so cute!  This little blonde girl cracked me up!  She was saying the funniest things! Like "look dad, I am minding the coach!"We know at this age it is all about attitude and having fun.

La diversión y la Relajación con amigos en México

Fun and Relaxation With Amigos in Mexico! We went to Playa Del Carmen with our friends, Matt and Holly. We used one of their time share weeks and stayed at a very nice resort! It was a BLAST! That is all I can say, best word to describe the event! We ate our weight in salsa, gauc, and chips! We spent hours and hours at the spa with massages, hydrotherapy, chocolate wraps, pedicures, and more massages!  They guys didn't spend that much time there! They golfed and played water polo and Holly and I got a lot of girl time! We shopped, laid out on the beach and drank yummy healthy smoothies! We swam with the fish!We had a lot of laughs and a lot of conversing! Chad and I enjoyed every single minute! They were the perfect couple to go with! We all said our favorite part was hanging out at the pool! Well Holly and I added the spa on our top favorite parts! We met some neat people too! We were giddy when we saw the kiddos! They were too! They spent the first half of the week at "BoCo Camp" with my parents and the girls! We have heard more new adventures that he had then what we can put into a full week! Harry loved playing with Caroline and Olivia for three whole days! He spent the next half with Mimi and Papa and from what I understand he got a lot of cuddle time and spoiling! It was a perfect trip for them too! We came back and GK will not take a paci any more! She also is much more independent than before as well! Harry is the same, he is very excited to see us but, over all he is the same! We have been playing games and swimming with them all day! Tomorrow we are hitting a few birthday parties and attempting to get our house back in order!

Visit to Grandma's House After a Summer of Entitlement

Is there anything more obnoxious than someone who thinks they are entitled?  I am over it and over them! I say that but, my son has this little problem. He believes it is his right to go to the pool and expects to get a dollar item every time we got to Target. After teaching in the Bentonville School District, I have come to despise the entitlement of kids and it almost always stems from their parents...what does that say about me?  Well do not judge too quickly because, you may be just as guilty if not more but, in denial!  As I sit here and complain after a wonderful "entitled" trip to Mexico!  I have been wanting to post these pictures but, they were on my little camera that I am "entitled" to have since I have small kids and need to document every cute thing they do in all the places they are "entitled" to go!  See a problem here? Well, let me tell you about a sweet little women who does not feel entitled...Chad's grandma and to be honest both of his grandmas are the most humble women I know!  They are so appreciative of everything and never buy themselves a thing!A month or so back I was getting really annoyed at my child's "entitlement" and decided to make him go do something that I knew he would not be too excited to do. We went to Grandma's nursing home and passed out chocolates at lunch time. It turned out to be a success and showed him that doing things for others can be fun too.
Anyway, I am not really that proud of this act of service, we should be doing many more things like this but, since we are entitled to spend our summer at the pool and with friends doing more "fun" things we do them instead of doing for others....yes I am annoyed and ready to turn over a new leaf. Any suggestions on  service projects I can do with two little ones will be considered!
