We were blessed to have both Kate’s grandmother’s available to come for Grandparent’s Day this year. Kate was SO excited about the performance they would perform and getting to show them her classroom. She loves her grands…why wouldn’t she? They are GRAND!
Well….a couple weeks ago we added to the family by way of a 10 week old puppy. We are proud to introduce, Belle Ross. To say it’s been a roller coaster couple weeks would be an understatement. I was at my wit’s end last week with the potty training and crate training. Thanks to some wonderful tips from family and encouragement from friends to push forward and not give up…we are (at the moment) keeping her as part of our family. She is the sweetest puppy and really quick to learn. She is now pottying outside consistently and giving us good nights of sleep. Would love for her to sleep through the whole night but waking up once isn’t so bad. She loves to please and her disposition is playful at times but she gets worn out and plops down in exhaustion. Without any further adieu…here she is.
Spring Break was about a month ago so I’m having trouble thinking back that far…and when I look at these pictures I realize it was beautiful weather but spring had really yet to truly happen. All the same, we enjoyed some park time with friends, the daffodils at Wye Mountain (not quite as beautiful as last year’s) and a weekend trip to Fayetteville to visit Papa Joe, Nana and Aunt Whitney (we missed seeing Uncle Anthony).
