Cali Trip

Sis found chocolate covered strawberries on a stick at the local farmer's market. I think that was the highlight of the trip for her. So happy!

Vermont Trip

Dream Lodge, that's right and it was dreamy. Macee and I spent 7 nights here in Concord, Vermont on Shadow Lake. The Lodge has been in Leslie's family for over 30 years. It is a rustic, charming cottage set back amongst tall birch trees and amazing wild flowers. Leslie, Katia, Mema and Bompy were so gracious to have us as their guests. They were definetly the hostess with the mostess!!! We love you all so much.

Well, duh, we couldn't go all the way to Vermont without checking out the original.......
Shadow Lake and our view from the back porch.

Macee didn't want to jump in, ever! But she did love watching the Loons swimming by complete with a tiny baby.

We brought home lots of this yummy stuff for everyone to enjoy!

Vermont

I had to do it! Fresh Maine lobster prepared by Leslie, delicious! And yes TT I thought of you until the last yummy bite!

Leslie and Macee picking flowers for a special birthday dinner.

Barns, barns, barns...... they are so massive and many were restored like this one. I want one! A long walking path up from the lake.

Katia was so sweet to make a tiny pool for Macee to play in and collect clams.

Backyard

So yummy!  Eating watermelon on a hot summer day is hard to beat.
I am just starting to walk!!!  I can say Momma and Daddy.  I can drink from a sippy cup and love to feed myself.  I only have two teeth on the bottom and four on top but I still eat just about anything.  I like to play with my sister and jump on her bed, that's really fun!  I love to climb on everything, especially stairs!

I am a happy little girl... lately I like to be called "Kayley" and really enjoy playing school.  I tell mom and dad all about my teachers, friends, and things that have happend that day at "school".
