This year Wayke, Ridge, Strayden, and Ryder were all on a basketball team together. They had a lot of fun playing.

LAS VEGAS NFR
We took the 3 older boys with us to the NFR this year. I worried about taking them because it is such a long drive. We left Wednesday and came back Saturday. But the absolutkey loved it. I guess what kid wouldn't though. We played in the arcades, ate, ride rides, and went to the rodeo. I am so glad we took them. Range stayed home with Sheril. He would have been hard because we stayed up so late every night. The boys got their picture with Tuf Cooper and they were pretty excited. He also signed all of their hats.
COOK FAMILY PARTY
We had our Cook family Christmas party on Dec 2. Staci is due at the end of the month and she was here for Thanksgiving. We knew for her to come again would be hard so we did it a little earlier this year. Every year we draw names then do a theme. This year we did PJs or sweatshirts. It makes it much easier to shop because who doesn't need those things! Santa came but Range wasn't going to get close! Over in the corner is as close as he would get. We had a fun night and everyone in our family was there. I can't believe how fast Christmas comes, then it's over. This year I am doing the 12 days of Christmas for my kids. I hope that each night we will be able to sit down as a family and enjoy some time together. I wrapped 12 presents and we will open them at night. Some are gifts, one is a gingerbread house, one is movie and popcorn, and another is chocolate chips so we can make cookies and take them to someone. I hope that it will help slow down the season and we will spend time watching movies and enjoying each other. Of course, the first day is a book about Jesus. We will get that one tomorrow and read it as a family.
RAYCES 4TH GRADE PROGRAM
Rayces school did a program on pilgrims, pioneers, and Indians. They sang a lot of songs and each child had a part. Dallie was sick so Rayce did 2 parts. He did such a good job. They were pretty long and he had it memorized.
