Another Amazing Quote

If you are busy judging someone, you are too busy to love them. -Mother Theresa

I think the same goes along with gossiping about them as well. I'm so sorry. I really think that President Monson's talk in the Relief Society session of General Conference (this past weekend) was written for me. I really do need to be a better person. Click here to hear his talk about charity, being kind, and not judging others.

You never know what kind of roads a person has traveled, unless you are wearing their shoes and taking their exact same journey.

I am so excited that the rest of General Conference is this coming weekend. Woohoo!!

Best. Quote. Ever.

"Get out of the business of comparing people. There is always someone better than you and always someone worse off than you. You will always lose!" -Virginia Hinckley Pearce

This weekend I had the opportunity to attend Deseret Book's Time Out for Women even in Hartford, CT. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have had my testimony strengthened and to be sent back out into the world ready to take it on. I know now, better than ever, that my Heavenly Father and Savior, Jesus Christ, love me and died for me.

I am very much looking forward to the next few weekends. Next up, a quick weekend trip to visit an old, awesome, roommate and then the Big E and General Conference.

Also, I love my husband. Still. Forever. Always. <3

A Camel Ride

Last month, TJ and I took our niece and nephew, Keller and Raegan, to the Bronx Zoo with their mother, Jacqui.

The highlight of the trip, for me, was the camel ride that we went on. The first half of the video shows my sister-in-law Jacqui riding the camel with my niece Raegan and the second half is me with Keller. It was so fun. TJ took the photos with Jacqui's camera and the video with his camera at the same time. I'd say he's pretty multi-talented, don't you think?
