Random Ramblings...

It's my first day as a tool consultant, today. I'm not gonna lie and say that I'm not super nervous because oh my heavens, I am.

In other news, I don't think I like that other guy the same way anymore. We're back to being friends (in my mind at least - I'm sure he hasn't ever thought any differently) and I am, once again, looking for a nice guy to like. I think I'll take a break for awhile and just enjoy life. That's always a good thing, right? (But not too long of a break because, holy hannah, I'm almost 26!)

In other, other, news: I am getting my tax return back soon. Thanks to the EIC, I'm getting back 3/4 of all the taxes that I paid for the year. I still don't quite get the concept, but hey, it'll pay for my tuition in the fall.

Speaking of tuition: I register on April 3rd. I'm still trying to figure out what classes to take (help?), but I am rather excited. And, finally, my dad told me that he approves my going back to school thing. Hopefully this will translate into him paying for my books or something? Yes, that would be nice. (Hmm. I should totally "apply" to be a "board writer". Tee hee. Maybe...)

In other, other, other, news: I made a complete fool of myself at Jamba yesterday. At least Mark got a good laugh. *grumble* (And I did finish the thing! All of it!) Good times...

Wow, what a great couple of days. Let's see: ~Got to play with JB and Lunkwill last night. Met Bawb and Ambrosia in the process. Bought more knitting supplies. Got in super late. Had an awesome time. ~Dinner with a friend in some random town in Utah. Had steak and potatoes. Felt a bit odd meeting the fam, but had a smashing time nonetheless. ~Watched Sound of Music with Apt 17. Good times. Sang along. Loud. ~Signed contract for Spring/Summer/Fall/Winter. I'm so poor now, but it's worth it. I'll be happy with the new roomies. ~Made plans for a super double date. Must convince guy to actually do it. ~Realized something about my mission and why it may or may not happen. Fleh. ~Realized just how amazing and wonderful my friends are. If I see you and give you a random hug, don't be surprised.
