Bustednuckles.com Is FUBAR

 The site is back up but I can't post, nobody can comment and all of our images and videos are either gone completely or unavailable.

I have been on the phone to the hosting company SIX FUCKING TIMES and am now currently locked out of that account mid call because the password I used to get into their site and talk to their AI agent didn't work to get a verification code and because I tried too many times now I'm fucked until tomorrow when I get to try again for the seventh time.

All I can say at this point is that these motherfuckers should be embarrased at their performace.

It's a fucking disgrace.

I will however, persevere because I am one stubborn fucking bastard and they are about to get reamed over the phone just for fun at this point.

Update On The Bustednuckles .Com Clusterfuck.

 I spent an hour last night and another hour first thing talking to tech support.

First they told me it was a Malware infection. After I dropped another $225 for an upgraded Malware Protection Plan, they told me the Basic Plan would only identify and not actually fix any problems, their story changed to it being a Large Video causing the issue.

Talking to them is like trying to nail jello to a tree.

The last I heard, they will Email me a solution sometime in the next 24 hours.

They charge me over $1,000 a year for their hosting service, then I have to pay for all thier add ons, Domain names and all kinds of shit. All total it;s about $1500 a year and they can't fix the issue. It's already been down 2 fucking days, going on 3 and I have no answers

Gotta fucking love it.

As soon as I find out what the actual problem is and what the fix is, I will be on it like White On Rice.

In the meantime, here I sit with my thumb in my ass.

Bistednuckles.Com Is Down Until At Least Tomorrow.

 I called the hosting service.. It was up until I hung up.

They told me that the place got hit with Malware. I have a Malware protection plan so I don't know how that happened and the guy couldn't tell me. They are running scans right now but it's going to take two hours so I won't know what's going on until tomorrow. If it's bad, they want me to fork over another $260 for an upgraded Malware protection plan.

I ain't a happy camper right now.

I tried to update the place while it was up but as soon as I hit Publish it went back down again.

That's where we are at for the moment.

Bustednuckle site has been down all day.

 I have contacted Phil this morning to let him know it has been down since at least 6am Central time and I haven't heard yet as to what is the problem. Believe me we are as frustrated as you all are.   Cederq
