Christmas Tree Hunt
The first weekend of December, we had the opportunity to go Christmas Tree hunting with our friends, Tom & Kami. Friday night we headed up to Kami's family cabin. We had an enjoyable time hanging out and playing Chinese Checkers (better luck next year, Tom). The next morning we looked for the perfect tree and found it quite quickly. It's a good thing since the snow was fast approaching!
It was a fun weekend and the tree looked great! Thanks Tom & Kami!

4-Points

We have exciting news for 2 of our children: They both got 4-points! Patrick got a 4.0 for his grades, and Paige got a 4-point buck...her 1st one! Dad said it was a good shot and a great first deer! (Definitely bigger than HIS 1st deer!) Pretty exciting!
Here is a pic of Randon with Clint's buck. Randon was pretty proud of dad!

Birthday Month!
Karissa had a slumber party for her birthday. She invited a few friends and had a good time. She also got a GREAT present....Aunt Jodi had a baby girl, Campbell, on her birthday!
Paige decided to do a tie-dye party. She invited about 12 girls and they all tie-dyed a shirt. It was lots of fun as well.

September 2009

September means getting into a back-to-school routine, hunting, and soccer! This year was especially exciting because Paige is almost 12 and was able to take Hunter's Safety! She did very well and passed with flying colors! We are very proud of her!
Randon, Karissa, and Paige also played soccer. They had a lot of fun and worked very hard.
Kyla chooses not to participate, but did try her hand at being a ref in the last game! One other exciting thing was Kyla got to ride in a limousine! For her friend's birthday, they got to ride in a limo...something mom still hasn't done at age 37!!
