Millie and Maddie playing so cute. They are already so close!! Notice Maddie stands on her own and bonks her poor little head twice, a kind of common occurrence. Also, notice Millie's stirring rendition of 'Sing a Song'!
Our little Maddie is crawling so good! Here's a clip of her crawling to the couch and....now wait for it.....that's right folks...pulling herself up and she's only 6 months!

Our little Amelia, not even two yet, can sing her ABCs!!! She gets a little shy when asked to sing them in front of others though, so we've been trying to get it on video. This is the best take we got, it turns out she's a little camera shy too. Our apologies for the bad camera work, but just turn up the volume and give it a listen :)
Yikes, We're still adjusting to having two - it's a little hard to find time to blog lately! They are both doing so well though :) Anyway I'll keep it short and sweet. Thought I should send out a little update. Here are some of our favorite pictures:
Little Maddie just smiling away, she has the most adorable dimples centered in those chubby little cheeks!
Amelia is so over her baby stage, she's already a little girl who wants to do everything for herself! Her hair has grown a ton and is changing from reddish to a light bright blonde.
Here they are together, now this was a tough picture to capture!
Well, that's it, she's all grown up! Today Amelia ate her first entree from the kids menu. We had a good ol' time at the neighborhood Applebees. It was kids night, kids meals were only 99 cents and she even got her face painted while we waited for dinner! Here she is with a beautiful ladybug on her cheek :)
Brandt set up an obstacle course for the Millster, here is video of her jumping off the couch into the beanbag.
Happy Halloween!!! Amelia dressed up as a monkey and was so adorable!!! We had the Lapray's over for pizza and some trick-or-treating in our neighborhood. Amelia was the very best behaved child you could imagine. She was such a trooper and up until 9:00 pm, without a complaint. She is a great little child, or should I say monkey! Oh and Amelia can say monkey and banana too, so precious :)
So we're at a local pumpkin patch-harvest fun farm, which was so much fun! (you can see the photos below) Miss Millie decides to bust out her best polka for the old folks playing the accordions. She was the talk of the harvest fest, who couldn't love this little pumpkin!
Did you see the little jump at the end, we're still working on the jumpin' but she's getting really close to getting both feet off the ground. At first she would just bend her knees, bounce up and lift up one leg, then she started lifting on after the other and now she's pretty much got the concept if she could just catch some air. We'll see if we can't get more of that on video too!
And just in case you didn't get enough, here's take two.....
We took Amelia to visit a local pumkin patch on a beautiful October Saturday. Here she is with some of their fine grown produce. They had beautiful flowers and many other fun thing to buy. "I'll take the scarecrow on the left, please"
There were activities like apple tasting, where we were able to sample all kinds of different apples. Amelia got to play at a park on the farm, where she could ride on her size tractors. 
She loved the swings too and didn't want to leave the park, we had to reming her that there was more to see like tree climbing goats (sorry didn't get a picture of these cute little guys!) Amelia loves goats, she says it very well too "goats" since the Lapray's have Goats on their farm just down the road from home. Brandt took amelia inside a teepee, she didn't want to come out of there either!
We saw real size tractors too. There were lots of fun things to see all over, bails of hay painted like funny faces and a bunch of cut outs for you to make your own silly faces. Amelia posed for us as the apple of our eye. We made one final stop by the country store where Mills couldn't resist showing off her dance moves.
Oh man, if you could see her in action, the videos never really capture the reality of how incredible this little girl is. We pretty much go to the park every day, so she's had a lot of practice. Amelia has figured out how to go down the slides all by herself! So independent already, we can't even believe it! She climbs up all by her self, slides down, and climbs right back up again. This may not sound like much but remember, she's only 1!!!
If you think this is impressive, you should see her tackle the big kid slides, she's fearless... More videos to come, we hope :)

Just a taste of Amelia doing a little dance. We have fun refrigerator magnets of the ABC's that say all the letters and sing the Alphabet song. Millie loves it, she'll turn the music on and dance away!
