Merry Christmas From Us!

I know I am totally lame.... I didn't do Christmas cards this year. Didn't have time, didn't want to find time and I don't feel all that great so I didn't want to take a family picture. So you'll just have to settle for our super cute little Morgyn. I think she does a better job at representing our family. This picture was taken yesterday before church. My amazing friend Jo made this outfit for her for Christmas. Morg loves the hat and I love the whole outfit because she looks ABSOLUTELY adorable in it! So to everyone out there... Merry Christmas from our family! We love you and thank you for you great friendships! Love Brad, Sage, and Morgyn!

P.S. No Sara and Mom you may NOT keep her for the week!

Our sweet Cameron!!

This is our sweet nephew Cameron. Almost 2 years ago he was diagnosed with a brain tumor which was eventually removed. This last August he had a MRI done for his follow-up and his doctors found another one on the opposite side of his brain than the last one. His doctors felt it was too risky to remove it and he underwent monthly treatments in SLC at Primary Children's for chemo. He also had weekly lab treatments where they would check his blood counts to see how he was doing. Every Tuesday I would get a knock at my door and this sweet little boy would come visit me after his labs. Every Tuesday my day was made better by seeing his sweet smile, and hearing his silly giggle. About a month ago Cameron went back in for a full body MRI and they found a tumor at the base of his spine at his tail bone. And another tumor on his other side of his brain. The same side that they removed last year. Last Tuesday our sweet nephew endured one more surgery and had some of this tumor removed. They broke his tail bone and removed most of the tumor but couldn't get all of it because it was too close to some of his nerves and if they messed with those nerves it would paralyze him. Every year Jerry Sloan from the Utah Jazz, a couple cheerleaders and some of the players go and visit some of the cancer patients and Primary Children's. Cameron got to meet them. What a sweet surprise for a amazing little boy. Now on to the reason I am posting. Cameron was asked by his mother after his surgery if he slept well. His reply to his mom was "Yes!" "Heavenly Father and Jesus came. They sang I am a Child of God with me!" Alittle while later Cameron was asked if he was in pain and what he did to help make the pain go away. He replied "I sing my primary songs and I don't feel any pain!" Our sweet little nephew is only 6. It amazes me the spirit that he has after all that he has gone through. Our Christmas wish this year is that he will get to spend Christmas with his family and enjoy the moment. We pray and hope that he is not in pain and that he will one day be free from this. Cameron has brought so much meaning into our lives and we know that no matter what happens in the future he is being protected.

A day with Gampa!

On Saturday I took Morgyn to go ride in the combine with my dad. She loves big trucks, and tractors and her grandpa. So what a great combination. My dad helps a friend when he is not teaching, thrash corn in the fall. He has been doing it the last couple of weeks and we finally got to go out and ride with him. Morg was in Heaven. She didn't want to leave. On the drive down to Burley she fell asleep but the minute I pulled up I told her we where here to see grandpa and the tractor she was wide awake. I couldn't get her to sit on my lap she had to sit on his cooler and stare out the window. She kept yelling "Mom Popcorn!" She makes us laugh by her comments and I am so grateful that I have a little girl who loves to get dirty but is also a princess.

My super cute and AMAZING dad!

Grandpa's girl!

Thanks Dad for an awesome day!

On the drive to Burley I was thinking about my parents and the sacrifices they make me for and the rest of my family. I love my dad. I love to that he finds enjoyment out of the small things. He is just as giddy as all the grandkids when it comes to things like this. (like riding in a tractor.) I love my mom. I am so thankful that she is always there for me. I truely don't know what my life would be like without her. Thanks mom for always letting me call you and just talk. Thanks for your comforting words of advice. I love my neighbors. They are pretty much Morgyn's other grandparents. I am thankful for them and all that they do for us. I love that they love my daughter and would give the world to her. They are amazing individuals and I know we were led to them. And last but not least. I will be eternally grateful to Brad's dad. Although he is not here with us in this life and my daughter will not know him here. I know that he took care of her before she was sent to us. I know that he protects Morgyn everyday and that he loves her. I honestly think that is why she has such a strong connection with my dad. The world revolves around grandpa and her grandpa in Heaven paved that way for her.

Happy 2nd Birthday Morgyn!

This last weekend we celebrated Morgyn's 2nd birthday a couple days early. We had so much fun. I didn't know that I would get so into it. I am so thankful for my family who made the trek down and my wonderful neighbors and friends that are so willing to give up a Saturday night and spend it with Morgyn. Let's just say that she was very spoiled. It was so fun to see her reaction when she opened her presents. She didn't get a nap all day and was pretty tired but she still was a trooper. Happy Birthday Sissy! We love you! Here are some fun pictures of this awesome night!

Getting ready to dig in!
The super awesome cow girl boots from Grandpa, Grandma and Aunt Keesy!

The princess bling from her cousins!

The awesome birthday cake Grandma made Morgyn!

The new stroller she has been dying to receive!

Her 2 out of 4 pairs of Princess shoes from Tia Jo!

The leftovers of the butterfly pinata!

The Birthday Surprise!
We decided to do something fun to tell our family our exciting news! We placed this card in the pinata and once it fell our Morgyn picked it up and I asked Grandpa Tim to read it to her. Priceless! My dad was ecstatic! Grandpa Dean and Grandma Sherri's face was amazing. We are so grateful for a wonderful family and friends! I don't know what we would do without them. We are so excited for the next couple of months and the expansion of our family!
(**I forgot to add this... my due date is June 20th and I am about 9 1/2 weeks!)

A New Playroom!

My wonderful hubby created a room off of our bathroom downstairs. We couldn't decide for a long time what to do with it. I wanted a playroom he wanted a storage room. Well I kinda won and Morgyn has a new playroom. Brad did say he was very glad that we did this because she spends HOURS in her playroom and the toys are not always under my feet. There still are some things that I want to do to it. Like curtains and colored bins for all the toys. I am going to make her a cute chalkboard and a magnet board for her letters. But right now it's perfect and she loves to sit at her table and play with her puzzles and sit by her bear and read stories AND she has a super cool Christmas present that will look awesome in her playroom. Here are some pictures. It's kinda a mess. Brad had to fix the tack strip for the carpet and I didn't feel like cleaning up. My cute vinyl stickers were from Target on clearance for $2.48!!! YEP, I've saved them for a couple months just for the playroom. I am lucky to have great friends who gave us some of their hand-me-downs to furnish this room. I am so grateful for my hubby and his great talents. He reminds me of my father everyday.. well no his projects are completed in a couple of weeks and not years. Hey anyone know where I can get a sign that says "caution kids at play?" I thought it would be cute to hang on the wall.

What We've Been Up To!

The last couple weeks have been crazy. I feel like I haven't had much time to sit down and relax. Our little Morgyn is growing like a weed. I can't believe that she will be 2 in a month. Everyone says time flies. I really didn't think it would go this fast. She is truly a blessing to us and an answer to our prayers. I couldn't image my life without her. I love waking up every morning to listen to her rattle on new words and tell me that she loves me. I thought I would post some random pictures of us throughout the last week.

Morg thinks she needs to wear my sunglasses all the time!
The Campbell grandkids. Can you tell they are related?? You can probably tell who the parents are too!
Morg's new friend. Aka Rockieths (Roxy with a lisp)

The Three Amigos!

My tender-hearted sweet daughter!

Morg enjoyed playing in all the snow in Burley. Daison and Morg got in a snowball fight with their dads!

And last but not least I had to post a picture of her hair. It's getting so long and my favorite thing to do is play with it. She is a pretty good sport about letting me play and today I curled it. I couldn't believe how pretty it was!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAGE!

First off this isn't Sage writing to brag about her birthday, yet her mindless sister, who hacked into her blogger to post a quick note about how wonderful she is. Thee best friend is off in Burley today spending her birthday without me, and her husband who is on a hunting extravaganza. She will be well taken care of, as it is our Father's birthday as well, and her and Morgyn will be playing with Grandma Heidi to pass the time.
As My sweet Morgy would say "HAPPY BERTDAY!" Sage is an incredible person and an amazing sister. Heavenly father knew how much I needed her because he sent us together. I will be eternally grateful for her companionship, Love and friendship. She has lead by your example and helped me every step of the way. Sage has an amazing personality that is so giving and she give so much to others. I look up to her so much! I will forever be indebted to her for all she has done to help me as well as my family. I wish I could give her back all that she has done for me, but it will take years. She is an extremely generous person and I am so grateful Krewby has her as his Aunt, and one day Sage he will love you as much as I do. You have been very good to him, and Nate and I appreciate that. I love you more than anything in this world. Thanks for being my best friend and sharing this awesome day with me, I am sooooo LUCKY!!!!

Happy Birthday! 24 years down, a few 20 more to go! I love you! Can't wait to see you and spend the weekend together!

Love-Sara-

This is WHY...

Reason #1......
Reason #2....
And the outcome......
There is truly no justice served for this picture. Can you see her big nose? On sunday Brad and Morgyn were wrestling like NORMAL.... and she went to jump on him and he moved his arm around and accidentally smacked her nose with his elbow. And a wonderful popping sound came soon after, and then the blood. She was screaming, I was screaming and so was Brad. I seriously thought she broke it. But what can they do. It's still somewhat in place. It is still swollen and starting to turn colors. This morning I was rubbing lotion on her face and touched her nose and she yelled at me and told me NO! Ouch Momma! Apparently it still hurts. We are so glad that Grandma Sherri and Grandpa Dean came to our rescue and helped us make the call on what to do. Sara maybe there is a reason why she is named after you...... hahaha Just kidding! Poor little Morgyn!

Morg's NEW Pictures!

I had Morgyn's pictures taken the other day and I have been dying to post them. They turned out so cute and I couldn't be happier. I am a sucker for black and white. The added touch is her favorite RED shoes. I am so grateful that I have a BEAUTIFUL little girl! I am or should say "We" are so blessed! Enjoy!

Our Beautiful Homecoming Queen Canidate

A couple weeks ago i got this cute little text from my baby sis. It said I got nominated for Homecoming Queen. I screamed. Yeah I know probably not a big deal to some but to me this is cool. I love my little sister and anything she is involved in is a big part of me too. In a big student body it says something to get nominated. So Monday afternoon I left work early and got to go help her get ready. For the first walk down the isle in the auditorium at Burley High School. How sweet. It was so fun to see her dressed up. She was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I just love her. Then they narrowed it down from like 20 to 10. She made top 10. Yeah I was so happy. So then friday came and there was another assembly. Sara and our adopted sister Rachel made the trek down for this wondrous event. My super cute and handsome father got to escort my little sissy and they showed a slide show of her life. Cute. During the assembly my little monster wouldn't sit still because she wanted her gampa. So we went to the back of the room and low and behold there gampa was sitting. After a forever long assembly... the named the top 3 runners up.... they called the first one and then he said.... Stay...... C Campbell. I screamed with excitement. And then the tears came. I just love my little sister and her face was priceless. So then came the football game where they would name the homecoming queen and the runners up. She was beautiful AGAIN. I got to help her get ready again and then my super cute daddy got to drive my mom's convertible bug down the track to escort all the girls. The final verdict, she was 2nd runner up. I couldn't be more happy. Their are lots of girls in that school and my little sis made it to the top 3. I am just so grateful that my mom and dad didn't give up with 3 kids. She has been such a blessing in our lives. Their is a 7 year difference and I wouldn't have it any other way. Stacy is an amazing sister and the best AUNT in the world. Thanks Stacy for sharing your special day with us!!!! We LOVE YOU!!!

Kind of blurry but she was so pretty in this dress!

Her handsome escort Michael.

And then our picture together.
I LOVE YOU STACY!

Flyin' By the Seat of Our Pants!

On Friday night Brad and I finally went out for a much needed date. On our way over to the Canyon Crest Brad decided to call one of his mission buddies (long story short) a lady that many missionaries had the chance to get to know was in town from Australia. She owns a couple of condo's in Park City and comes out about once a year to visit. Brad asked when she was coming back out to visit and he said hold on..... and then we heard Wendy!!! Brad's face dropped. Come to find out she had been trying to get a hold of us for a couple days and didn't have Brad's new phone #. We have not seen her in about 3 years. They invited us to come up for the weekend and hang out. We decided to go to dinner first and then decide. I was inwardly hoping that he would really want to go. And I didn't have to beg for long... After dinner we decided to go.... at 8:00 pm we left from and dinner and by 9:00 pm we were on the road driving. Morg fell asleep 10 minutes into the drive and slept the whole way there. We arrived at 1:00 am and had a blast the rest of the weekend. Here are some pictures of our daily adventures.

Here we are visiting at 2:00 and my child running around like a nut!

Morg having breakfast on the porch

Morg getting ready to go swimming!

The awesome indoor/outdoor pool!
It rained that night and it was sweet to sit in the hot tub in the rain.

Crashed on the bed.....

Morg and her new friend Kayleigh

Twiners.... Kayleigh wanted her hair like Morgyn's, so I did them the same.
What sweet girls!

Morg, Me, Wendy and Brad!

The drive home. Morg was playing peek-a-boo with me.

We had so much fun. It was so hard to leave. We got to hang out with some of Brad's mission buddies. Wendy and I went shoppin at the gateway. (who wouldn't want to go to Forever 21!) We ate at Cafe Rio! YUMMY!!! It was one of those weekends that you wished would last forever. I can't wait for Wendy and the rest of her family to come in February to Idaho to visit. I am so grateful for my sweet hubby who is always up for a great time and was willing to drive late at night for us to get away. We got to hang out with some awesome couples and their kids. I am just sad that we don't do it more often.... their is something about old mission buddies... I love listening to all their stories. It's funny because every time we visit with Wendy Brad picks up the Aussie lingo. So now on to another week of work.....

Morg has an ANNOUNCEMENT to make!!

Well I thought I should post this cause I we are sooooo very happy. Morg has finally given up her binkie. YEAH 3 cheers for us!!! I am not going to say it was easy and that it was worth it. The first couple of nights were pure &%()#@&*%^)(#$*. She didn't sleep, and if she wasn't asleep neither were we! But it's been almost a week and we are doing GREAT! On to our other excitement..... Morg has a big brother! Yep not a little one... a big one. His name is Blake and they are inseparable. She hugs and kisses him before he leaves for school in the morning and hugs and kisses him when she gets home. We are so happy to have Blake living with us right now. He brings such a great spirit into our home. She loves to scream his name at the top of her lungs at Costco or at Winco and loves to run around and have him chase her. She loves when he spins her around to the point of puking and the best part... they are both so tired at the end of the night that we don't hear a sound. Now what more could you ask for.... who needs another child..... we have one and I didn't have to work for it!

Temple Dedication and Youth Cultural Celebration

Ya know how they say you can "live your life vicariously through someone else?" Well i do this with my little sister Stacy. Last night she participated in the Youth Cultural Celebration along with like 3000 other youth. I am kinda bummed I didn't get to go to the fair grounds and watch but I did get to go to the Stake Center and watch. Brad and I had tossed the idea around of going and finally decided that we would go. I am so grateful that I was able to go. I was even more excited because I did get to see lots of people I knew from Twin and Burley on the screen. We got to see my little sister a ton when she was doing her "Mexican" dance. I could barely contain my excitement. People around me probably thought I was an IDIOT! Morg kept saying to be "Mom where'd Keesy go?" After the dance my little sister called me and I asked her how she felt now after seeing the prophet and being able to participate in such an amazing event. She just cried and cried. She told me how the spirit was SOOOOO strong when the prophet arrived and how all she could think about was seeing his face. I love her so much. I am so happy that she sacrificed her time to do this. What an amazing experience it was for her and all the youth. At the end of the celebration she said there wasn't a "dry-eye." This morning Brad had already gone to the church to get us seats for the dedication and I was waiting to take Morg to our friends house. I only had a few minutes to leave and thought I would hurry and look at the paper. They had a few pictures on the front page and when I turned to the next page of the story right smack at the top of the page is this HUGE picture of a beautiful girl in her green Mexican dress. I started to cry... it was my little sister. So now i didn't feel so bummed about not being able to watch her at the fair grounds. Out of all the tons of pictures taken they chose her picture. It's probably not a big deal to some but this to me is icing on the cake. I am so grateful for the testimony building experience she had and what she shared with me.
Now on to the dedication. The last two days I feel like all I have done is cry. I am so blessed. I have such an amazing family and friends and I am so grateful that we were all able to share this event together. I have such a great love for our prophet. He such an amazing man and being able to see him and see the genuine love he has for all of us is so inspiring to me. We truly are so grateful to have a temple here in our town that is less than 5 minutes away.

The Toddler Days!

Oh i just love being a mother. Some days it is really hard for me to just sit back and relax and smile and let her do her OWN thing. I had to post these pictures 1 reason because Morgyn is growing soooo fast that I feel like I can't keep up. She is turning into a big girl faster than I want her to. The 2nd reason is cause everytime I see these pics I can't stop laughing. She is so funny and always throwing me for a loop. Hope you enjoy as much as I do. Mom it's not always funny!

This is what happens when you leave your child to go to a meeting.

Mom you are going to love this one. I didn't hear any noise for quite some time and I went into my bathroom and found her laying ALL the wash cloths on the floor. Notice the face. She's been caught!

Last Sunday I was getting ready for church and found her at the table. Before this she had her fake cell phone at her ear carrying on a conversation with someone??? While looking at the paper ads! I sat and watched her for a good 5 minutes and snapped some shots. I love her!

On the way home from picking Morg up at daycare I had to stop and get some last minute stuff for dinner. She was already crying because she was thirsty and wanted my water bottle of hot water to drink. So I carried her into Albertson's screaming. Everytime I would pass some kind of drink bottle she would point and it and cry. So I went and grabbed her some strawberry milk (aka milk juice in the Campbell house hold) The cashier lady was totally annoyed because of my bawling child and her refusal to put the bottle down. When we finally reached the car and I could get the lid off Morg went at it. Albertson's is NOT far from my house. My daughter had the WHOLE 12 oz bottle of milk GONE. I felt so bad but it was so cute. When we got home I hurried and took a picture of her pink face. This TOTALLY does not give it ANY justice.

I truely HATE her clothes to get dirty! I know I KNOW she's a child. But her stains are the WORST to get out. But today I didn't care and all I wanted was for her to be HAPPY, and that she WAS!
