Baptism

Dylan & Grant's Baptism turned out beautifully :)
They were so good during the ceremony and our favorite family and friends attended...it could not have been a better day.
Afterwards, we enjoyed the great company and food together.
What a great day!
Thank you Grandparents for giving us these beautiful children of God and Thank you for helping host the baptism :)

To my beautiful children, always know...
"Children are a gift from the Lord. They are a reward from Him."

All my love! xoxo Momma

Dylan & Grant are 6 months old :0) :0)

Well I cannot believe half of a year has past! I guess time truely does fly when you are having fun :)

We took Grant & Dylan to the doc today for their 6 month well visit. It gets harder and harder to watch them get shots! :( I remember it was the same way with Ben. This is NOT the fun part at all for sure!

It is easiest for me to speak of them together since they are so much alike in stats.
They both weigh 17 pounds, 11 ounces and are in the 50th percentile for weight. Grant is 27 inches tall (75th percentile) and Dylan is 26 1/2 inches tall (50th percentile).

They both are in size 3 diapers and both wear 9 to 12 months in clothing.

They are really enjoying food! Can't you tell? :) They eat 2 meals a day with a spoon now and they are drinking out of a sippy cup some. They have started drinking juice and water. We have tried so many foods they just never know what I'm going to put into their mouths :) We try a new food for 4 days to make sure all is ok as far as allergies are concerned. Since they have been eating foods since 4 months, we have gone through alot. Pretty soon, we will have tried all items on the 'safe' and 'low' risk foods :)

Both are doing really well sitting. They would do even better if they were not so crazy :) They just have so much fun playing that they loose their balance.

Now, Grant is doing better moving towards crawling. He gets on all fours and rocks...it won't be long and he will be on the move!! Ahhhh!

Dylan gets on all fours too, but then he is more laid-back and decides to rest :)

Let's see....what else......

Both love to 'talk' and laugh and both have Momma right where they want her. I don't know how it is possible to spoil TWO babies when you are only one person....but it IS POSSIBLE :) It amazes me HOW jealous they are of one another!

They are starting to play with one another and also fight over the same toy! This is going to be a love/hate relationship :)

They are really liking those little sacks you put fruit/etc. in that look like a lollipop. I have been putting Grandpa's pickles and peaches in them and they are occupied and busy for 15-20 minutes sucking away :) That gives me more time to make them more baby food!

They both are still sleeping very well at night. They are cat-nappers during the day....but that is OK as long as they sleep at night :)

Grant continues to be his Daddy made over.....CLOWN......he makes a noise that sounds like a high-pitched chicken and is ALWAYS watching us to see how we react and he tried to always get our attention. He can really jump! OMG.....when he is on his legs....he's jumping...he's our little Mexican Jumping Bean!

Dylan is still a little calm, collected, sweetheart :) He smiles all of the time and loves us all. He could just spend hours wringing his hands and studying them. We have pegged him for a wiz-kid :) Daddy has pegged him for a fisherman...patient.

Dylan and Grant will be baptised this weekend.

Please have them in your thoughts and prayers...pics to come :)

A very happy Mother's Day!

We had Mother's Day at our house this year.
It was a great day with great family and food :)
I could not be a more proud Mom! Just look at my love bugs :)
Thank you God for all of these beautiful chidren of yours. They are way too good for me.
What did I do to deserve this!?!?!?
Well whatever it is....I am TRUELY greatful!!!!

During the day, we celebrated with both grandparents, our Meme, and Aunt Mindy, Uncle Ross & cousin Kendall.

After the family left, us 5 continued our swimming fun and then went down to the river to play in the sand :)

The babies discovered Grandpa's pickles and sucked on them since they are teething so bad. They LOVE Grandpa's pickles and peaches! They are their favs :)

I hope all of you wonderful Mother's had a great day as well!

What a HOPPY Easter!

Ben, Grant, and Dylan had a wonderful and fun Easter!
They spent the day Saturday at their Granny & Pappys' and got lots of neat stuff :)
Their cousin Kendall, 2, was a blast this year at Easter as well :)
Ben and Kendall had the best time with ring pops that Aunt Mindy brought. They looked like G&D with their pacifiers :)
G&D really enjoyed watching all of the activites going on! Our family is soooo fun now with all of the kiddos. We have grown so much and our holidays are so entertaining!
On Sunday, they went to Grandma & Grandpas' and had a great time with cousins and aunts/uncles.
I have the best 3 bunnies anyone could hope, wish and dream for....
Enjoy!
