“We needed our two front windows and visor area tinted on our vehicle. We found Austin Sunshades Tint & Sound (Austin Sunshades) on a Google search. The reviews were great so we called one morning. The owner answered and made us an appointment that he had available the same day. We drove to busy NW Austin area from Round Rock. We had a great conversation with the owner and his son. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to make a choice on which tint was right for our needs. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time which was a little over an hour for the work we requested. Our vehicle looks great with the new tint!! We received warranty info and instructions on what to do and look for over the next few days. This fathers and son team are very friendly but professional. They will take great care of you. Give them a chance to treat you with exceptionally professional customer service and quality products. Go ahead and drive in from Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown or North Austin to their location between Spicewood Springs and Oak Knoll on the southbound side of Research Blvd (Hwy 183). “I cannot rave enough about the attention to detail that my truck was given when I brought it in. Initially, I hesitated to bring it in, considering that the shop that I had used for the last 15 years suddenly closed. Austin and sound was at the top of the recommendations list from the old shop, owner, and a good buddy of mine who is still into the car audio scene. I could not dig up nor could I remember the type of film that was used on my windows, but it didnt matter - at a glance they not only understood the light rating, the new exactly which version of the 3M Ceramic film to use so that there was consistent color and tone matching around the vehicle. They slapped it on in no time, which to me was impressive, considering that they had to remove the passenger rear and right rear glass coverings due to cut the scratches. It looks fantastic and truly like its been there all along. I nitpick, A LOT. I cannot find a single defeat, not a flaw, air pocket, bubble, misalignment, stray, cut piece, errant hair None of it.
