When most folks think about pests while camping, they think mosquitoes. But the pests who torment the dog are bigger than that.


Their quick movements trigger her brain. There were also squirrels, but they were too fast to photograph. 

She cannot be off leash outside or the “tormentee”will become the tormentor. 
I love early morning night and when the first light isolates a subject.



Anything can be made more beautiful.

The flower on the left had a chunk eaten out of it.

It wasn’t until I got home and had a closer look at the photo that I found a suspect on the flower on the right.

That flower a few days later had only a few holes,, but no real damage.
