My sister in law did this time table of her life, because it was her birthday. I was so impressed by all the info. I decided to do it too. I really recommend you do this. Its a great personal history. It was very interesting and fun to do. I actually made a more detailed one for "my" records. For the blog though, I just did highlights for the year. So here it is. Thanks for the idea Stacey.
Antoinette's 29 years!
-Born Feb. 11, 1979 9lbs10oz, in Spokane WA. I almost lost my my mom 3 or 6 weeks later due to a massive hemorrhage she had. Grandma Zirker died one month before I was born. I was named after my Great Grandma Antoinette May Hardy. Just like me she rarely used her “real” name. She went by Nettie.
-Year one-Mt. St. Helen's erupted. I was living in Tri-Cities. I have pictures of me playing in the ash.
Year Two- Grandpa Zirker died this year.
Year Three-My parents separated
Year Four-Mom married Alexander
Year Five-Started Kindergarten in Moses Lake. Got my Tonsils out.
Year Six-Mom divorced Alexander and we moved to Bountiful, Utah. I had Ms. Davis for 1st grade. We lived with my two Aunts. I remember exploring the apartment grounds we lived in. I remember being a little bully. And causing much trouble for the apartment managers. I walked to school.
Year Seven-I had Miss Elliot for 2nd grade. I was running my fingers along a fence as I walked by and my CTR ring caught on the fence and dug a hug sore. I still have the scar! I remember traveling to Wa with my Aunt Ardis's family a lot. I knew the route by heart even though I was so young.
Year Eight- Had Mrs. Park for third grade. I was baptized March 1st by Mitchell Whitaker. My cousin, I was his first baptism before going on his mission. I remember I took a girls bike and rode it without permission, and as I sat in the Bishops office during my interview I remember clearing feeling guilty about it when he asked if it was okay to steal. My older sister ran away from home this year...found in Florida.
Year Nine-I had Miss Miller for 4th grade. We moved this year to South Jordan. Mom married Price. This was a fun move because we moved to a farm. We had four horses, 32 sheep (I remember), a dog, couple of pigs, who frequently got out, had turkeys who were mean, (I chased them all the time though, if I remember correctly they were mean first!) tons of cats. I got to ride the buss to school.
Year Ten- Started 5th grade in South Jordan. My Nephew Derrick was born this year. I remember him falling asleep on my tummy as I watched cartoons. My Aunt lived in American Fork. I spent a lot of time there at her house. If I was sick from school, my mom would drive me down there while she was at work. I loved it there. I was “sick” a lot. Mom divorced Price so we moved to Rose Park, by the video store my Aunts owned and my mom managed. This was a hard move for me. I just didn't like that school. I had the meanest teacher. Mrs. Flow came this year.
Year Eleven- I moved to Warden, WA to live with my Aunt Ardis for the year. I had a great year. The kids teased me relentlessly though. I clogged. Met some life long acquaintances and friends. (Brad grew up in the neighboring town) So I still see some of these friends.
Year Twelve- Mom married Sundwall. I moved back to Ut. New house, new life. For the first time I had seven older brothers. Most of them married.
Year Thirteen- Seventh grade. Had my first kiss this year. I loved to roller blade around the neighborhood. I remember summer days in those roller blades, my feet would get so hot!
Year Fourteen- Eighth grade. The year of the Hyper color shirts (remember?) I got to watch the birth of Becca Lee.
Year Fifteen-Freshman year of High School. My high school was pretty tough and rough. I saw a lot of fights in my High School years. None of which I was apart of thank goodness. I got to watch the birth of my niece, Shaelee Marie. Played Volleyball, did Swimming, and ran Track.
Year Sixteen- Sophomore year of High School. Passed the written driving test only because the test had a plastic cover on it and someone had filled in the circles on the plastic. I failed the driving test twice, but passed the third. Played Volleyball, did swimming. Had a great time. Started working at LDS Hospital in the kitchen. Heidi and I are officially connected at the hip. Good Times.
Year Seventeen- Played Volleyball and swam half the year.
Year Eighteen- Was on the Seminary Counsel. I stopped working at LDS Hospital. I didn't play any sports this year. I graduated High School.
Year Nineteen- Sundwall fell and his health started a downward spiral. Shonda's kids were taken away this summer. I worked for a mean layer who made me cry, like everyday. I wasn't happy so in November I moved to WA to live with my Aunt.
Year Twenty- I met my wonderful husband, Brad in May. While I was on a blind date with another guy and at the end of May we were engaged. We were married in the Bountiful Temple on Dec. 10, 1999. While a huge snow storm was happening outside. We then drove to Pullman,WA as a honeymoon, we experienced a total white out due to another snow storm and hit a flock of birds on our road trip.
Year Twenty One- I worked at the Appaloosa Horse Club. I took a pregnancy test and were waiting for the results when Kim and Trent (Brad's sister) called to tell us they were pregnant with Brennan. Brad's younger sister, Melissa moved in with us. I went to Canada for the first time. Sundwall died eleven days before Owen was born. We welcomed our first born, Owen Bradley on October 30, 2000 at 2:06am, 9lbs 2oz.
Year Twenty Two- We moved into Paluce Trace. I watched a little girl named Mary, age 4. One day while watching T.V. I felt what I recognized to be a baby kicking in my tummy, took a test and later found out I was 5 months pregnant!
Year Twenty Three- Brad Graduated from WSU. We welcomed our second born child, Jaeger Bradley on April 15, 2002 at 1:42am, 10lbs 4oz. We lived in Warden with my mom for the summer. Brad broke his ankle playing baseball. We moved to Moses Lake in Dec. Brad got a job working as a sports writer for the local newspaper. We lived above the family oil and lube business
Year Twenty Four- Mom married Glen. In Dec. Jaeger had a PDA in his heart closed. In a priesthood blessing for Jaeger, Heavenly Father very specifically answered my prayers.
Year Twenty Five- We were homeless for about three weeks while the Pitstop has some foundation work. I visited my mom during that time and we stayed with Brads Parents. We moved into a big daylight basement out in the country. I loved living there. We welcomed our third child, Lucy Anne (Sweet Pea) she was born on August 24, 2004 at 5:28am, 8lbs 7oz.
Year Twenty Six- In march I had a large cyst the size of a grapefruit growing on my Ovary, it over took my Ovary and tube so they had to be removed. Brad got a job in Seattle with CNA- We moved to Seattle in June. Brad had to live in Chicago for two months for training.
Year Twenty Seven- We moved just down the street to Pebble Cove Apt. I slipped down a little hill at the playground and went into labor that night. We welcomed our fourth child, Luke Bradley. on June 29, 2006 at 7:57am, 10lbs 2oz. I did a co-op preschool for Jaeger with four other moms. In Sept. while putting in a birth control called a IUD the doctor pushed it right through my Uterus. I had to have it surgically removed. It was found embedded in my bowels. Owen started Kindergarten this year.
Year Twenty Eight- Dec. Jaeger started Kindergarten. I did a co-op preschool for Lucy with five other moms
Year Twenty Nine- We welcomed our fifth child, Savanah Antoinette(Pumpkin) on March 6, 2008, 10lbs 3oz. We moved into a rental house, our very first time living in a house, even if it is a rental. Derrick died May 30th. I Saw my mother get sealed in the Provo Temple to Glen Snyder.
