[PWG-DQ] Add new ini file to generate single muons at fwd y

GeneratorParamSingleMuon_PbPb_536TeV.ini is a configuration file to use the external generator GeneratorParamSingleMuon_PbPb_5TeV.C

Hello @sgaretti,
for info, the single muon generator developped by Nazar is just a copy from the Run 2 one (with same parameters). So the values are for 5.02 TeV. To avoid confusion, maybe it is better that you name the ini as 5TeV instead of 536, in case someone retune properly the generator for the Run 3 energy of 5.36 TeV later on.

The config files looks fine but you have one failing test preventing the merging at the moment
